What is the most effective diet chart to recover a low count blood platelet? In Indian food habit off course ...

Having been infected by 2 different strains of Dengue and multiple times with Malaria, the best food I took to get my platelets up was……. Beet Root juice….. and pomegranate juice…. together. Yeah that's right together.I was ill a month back with my 2nd dengue fever. For 4 days my blood platelets count kept falling despite the expensive doctors and a 4 star hospital. My platelets count dropped to 13000 and the doctors said it was time to get a transfusion of platelets. I hated the waste of my money when they simply were not able to help. So in the late night I sneaked out of the hospital and went to the local juice center. A glass of beet root juice immediately followed by a pomegranate juice. The next morning my platelet count stopped falling. But I continued the juices by asking my friend and my sister to get them 3 times a day.My platelets count started to rapidly recover and in the next 3 days it was above 65000..enough to get me discharged. I continued the course for another week with no less than 3 times a day in addition to my meals.I am glad to say that I recovered well. I also advised the same friend when his wife got infected with dengue the very next week. She too recovered wellI would like to point out that I tried everything people recommended including eating dragon fruit, Kiwi and Papaya leaves extract. But this combination of Beet root and pomegranate juice seem to help in my case. I don't know if it will work for you but there's no harm in taking this combination along with your regular medication and food.

What food items should be taken to increase platelets in blood?

Hi friend.,This is true.I was working as a nurse in a Government hospital where patients with dengue fever get admitted .. Patients main problem was their blood results showing low platelet level that risk their life. For which we will be replacing platelet intravenously and have a periodical review round the clock to save their lives.Once during an epidermic, authorities created new ward for patients with dengue fever. When I was posted there I was very much worried seeing patient’s detoriating health due to decrease in their platelet level. So I surfed net regarding diet, for patients with low platelet level because they where all from low economic status. It was given that ORANGES, MILK, GUAVA, PAPAYA, WATER MELON, VEG SOUP AND EGG would increase platelet level in blood.I started to give health education on diet to every patient who get admitted with dengue fever and their relatives without missing any opportunity. And to my amaze I can see positive platelet level increase in patients with dengue fever and they would thank me with happiness when discharged.During one night shift there was’nt platelet in the blood bank. One young male patient’s platelet level decreased to 20. His life was at stake. Duty doctors wrote I V fluids. Still I can bring that scene to my memory. No platelet replacement. I was the Single person handling the ward. Doctors where in emergency ward . I was confined to advice the relative to buy orange and give because only it was availabe nearby hospital during that night time. I asked them to give the juice continuously. And every hour I sent his blood for platelet level. And finally his platelet level increased without IV platelet therapy..With this experience I can strongly suggest ORANGES, GUAVA, WATER MELON, MILK, PAPAYA, EGG AND VEG SOUP for platelet level increase.P. S-I adviced the patients to take all these 6 items alternatively the same day with 2 hours intervel. Then only you can see the results. When a patient has low platelet level you must avoid intramuscular injections for more period like 1 to 3 months because it is fatal.I would be happy if any medical students go through this please do research on these eatables and platelet level. Because it will be usefull for our society. And you will definitely get positive results. Finally Thank you all for conveying this tips to your society………. Have a healthy life…..

How long might it take for my hair to grow back to the length it was?

Hey...Yeah soo you asked me to let you know how I was diganosed in the question about hair you answered for me...

Well, I had this cough and it kept getting worse. So, I went to a walk-in doctor and he was like "Mehh it's allergies." So, I went back up to college, and the medicine he gave me for it wasn't helping. Also, while I was freaking out about the cough not going away, my roommate and I noticed this lump at the bottom of my neck above my left colorbone. So, I went to the campus clinic and they were like well it's probably nothing but we want you to get an xray just in case.

So I got the xray the next morning, came back to the clinic after my first class, and they told me that there were spots in my lungs and chest. This was cause for concern and they sent me back to the imaging center to get a CT scan. That definitely showed that there were indeed nodules there. But, they didn't know what they were...if they were just an infection, some weird disease, or tumors.

Do Federal Government workers have Appeal rights on all levels under US code?

Depending on your situation you may be guaranteed Due Process

Whether state action against an individual was a deprivation of life, liberty or property was initially resolved by a distinction between “rights” and “privileges.” Process was due if rights were involved, but the state could act as it pleased in relation to privileges. But as modern society developed, it became harder to tell the two apart. Was a driver’s license a “right” or a “privilege”? How about a government job? Enrolment on welfare? An initial reaction to the increasing dependence of citizens on their government was to look at the seriousness of the impact of government action on an individual, without asking, as such, about the nature of the relationship affected. Process was due before the government could take an action that affected a citizen in a grave way.
