Xbox not connecting to Internet?
xbox is common for this problem. what you need to do is reset your network connections to factory settings. this is simple, ill walk you through it. from xbox home go to settings tab, press A on settings. go down to network settings and choose your network (wired or wireless network) and press A. now, press A on configure network. press right on the stick to "additional settings" at bottom of page it will say "restore factory defaults". it will ask if you are sure you want to restore factory settings, press yes. it will disconnect you from xbox live, from there just reconnect to xbox live with your XBL gold subscription. Hope this helps you. if this dosnt work, it wont hurt to run a wired connection (better for defeating latency) and your downloads will end up completing faster also. IF ALL ELSE FAILS, UNPLUG YOUR ROUTER AND MODEM FOR 20 SECONDS AND PLUG BOTH BACK IN!

my xbox 360 won't connect to my wireless internet, it says "Multiple networks with the same name have been found. If this is your network name, please change it to help you choose the right network. For info about changing your network name, see the documentation for your wireless device" I don't know what that means, please help

Your problem is that you don't have XBOX live. When you buy Xbox live you can access your own internet.If you have Xbox live then the problem is your internet.
How to connect my xbox to have my smart tv's internet?
Alright so i just bought a samsung smart tv since i noticed that it has wireless connect the internet. I placed the TV on the second floor since that's where i have my Xbox 360. I thought with the wireless access from my tvi could just plug an ethernet cable to my smart tv into my xbox and play online. But now my system is like you need an ethernet cable to be connect to a modem to get internet. So the problem isn't that im not using an ethernet cable to connect since i bought an ethernet cable to do such thing so i need to know what the hell the problem is so i can get to play online.
Why doesn't my xbox 360 connect to the internet and xbox live?
So for years my wifi been perfectly on the xbox so far, but suddenly this week when I was playing GTA online I got disconnected. I tried to connect again and it says: Internet: Blocked Xbox Live: Blocked Did I get blocked or something? This never happened before... The wifi been working perfectly fine on my computer, iPhone, and iPad. Did someone block me? I was getting cuss out by some guy because I m a girl playing GTA online, he thought I was bad at the game but I proved him wrong. I sent him some swear words and stuff, can that be the problem? How do I solve this??

Xbox can't connect to the network and I've done all the steps that Microsoft suggests. My laptop and phone are right next to the Xbox too but they connect so its not a distance problem. Please help!

Someone said you can't get Xbox live from a laptop, that is straight f***in BULLS***. The guy who sold me the Xbox 360 Elite hooked up the xbox to receive internet from my Laptop. So yea you don't need a wifi adapter or a modem. When I was playing in new jersey I had xbox live running from my laptop, I moved to connecticut and now the xbox does not even connect to the PC. I have been trying to get xbox live but when I try to connect the xbox to the pc it said, "Can't connect to the PC. A firewall may be blocking the connection" What firewall? and how can I unblock this fire wall, is it in the administration setting where you type "192.168.1.1", by the way it is my mothers connection so I am not stealing. Can anyone help me on how to do this.
