Yahoo mail not sending mail?
Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. Suggested cures range from Update Adobe Flash Player and Javascript to clear IE7 cache, cookies, and browsing history. Different things seem to work for different people. It's causing attachments to not show, 999 errors where it won't let you do a particular action and some people cannot send recieve delete or move mail. It's not just Vista either it's happening to some of us on XP. I have been advised to use this site to view my mail, www.mail2web.com if all else fails go back to classic mail via this link. http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/optout?script=no click yes when asked do you want to opt out. Yahoo Mail not sending messages?
Yahoo Mail is not sending my messages. The last ten messages I have sent have not arrived at the destination e-mail. This has been the case for at least the past several hours. I have tested it with several e-mail addresses and domains. I even sent a message to myself and I did not receive it in my Inbox. Any idea what might be causing this and how I might solve it? I have contacted customer support but have not gotten any response as of yet.

I've received a few of those in the past & I notified Yahoo. I DID notice that these notifications did not have the Yahoo logo (Y w/a purple background). Funny thing is that when Yahoo responded to my email - their email also did not have the Official Yahoo Logo on it! My account is still up & running & I've never answered or responded to the demands of the email telling me that I had 24 hours to contact them @ the address on their email. I gather Yahoo is having some of their own security issues. It's sad that they can't seem to get a handle on all the various hacking organizations. Right. IGNORE THEM. Don't bother reading them. Mark it Spam or just Delete. Then delete your trash folder daily.
I have a Yahoo email account and I also have an outlook account. Outlook works perfectly always and Yahoo is a disaster no matter what computer or device I access it from. The best solution is to abandon Yahoo and open an account that works.

Get a Gmail account. Yahoo mail is for scammers to use as a "throway account". Besides the software sucks and Yahoo could not care less how shytty their product is.
