How do I set Yahoo! Groups to send text only (no HTML) email?
"Are you saying that Traditional is not plain text?" Exactly. There are HTML portions in even Traditional mail. I'm looking for what I once had. At one time, even if someone sent an HTML formatted message to a group, I could, and did, configure my settings to strip out the HTML and only receive the text portion. Now there doesn't seem to be any setting I can find for a group member to have Yahoo! Groups strip out the HTML portion before sending it to me.
Enabling Rich Text Format in Yahoo mail Account?
I have a Yahoo Account, qmjalali@yahoo.com, which does not support Rich Text/Formatting. I cannot format my messages in the e-mail message I compose. For example, I cannot make my message Bold, Italic,underline.Actually, this account is 8-9 years old. Newer accounts do have this feature., I need any e-mail address or person responsible with whom I can contact to give me this facility.I will be grateful if anyone can help me.

My best friend and I tried to date for 2 weeks but he didn’t feel ready to commit in a relationship. He is my best friend so I was okay with his decision but he acts weird now. He used to hug me in public but now only in private. He acts like he doesn’t care or won’t even look at me in public but will wants me to hang with him in his room. It’s been a few weeks since I have hung with him because of spring break and busy schedules. I’m just confused on what to do. I know he still likes me but now he treats me like crap. It’s like he doesn’t want to have any feelings for me so he acts like he has none. I honestly don’t even care if he likes me because I just want my friend. He barley invites me to stuff anymore and doesn’t text me as much. It’s like he’s afraid to initiate and is waiting for me because anytime I ask to hang he immediately texts back. I am trying to distance myself and not text him to see if he will ever initiate. It just hurts because he is my friend...should I keep not texting him or should I try and reach out? It’s complicated because we like each other but are also super close friends. I don’t know if I should wait or just text him. I know if I talk to him about what he is doing he will say I am over thinking and that he isn’t doing this stuff. He tends to act like he isn’t intentially acting certain ways towards me even when others notice.
Is there a good text-only news site on the net?
For those of us on dial-up, these heavy-graphics news sites are frustrating (long load time). Does anyone know of a text-only (or, low-graphics) site which carries most of the USA and world news? By the way, CNN is one of the worst for this, plus some of their news stories are video only, and most of the video (after a long load time) turns out to be advertisements. I'd like to find a site where I can just read the news with a minimum of graphics (a few pics maybe, but no pop-up ads and flashing graphics). Thanks for any help.

Pft... This guy's lame. You're worth more than just texts. I had a guy like this once who i used to like and he always did everything through text. He asked me on dates through texts, complimented me, we had deep conversations, and he even texted me the big 'i love you' through text. What got me over him was realizing that we had such a lame relationship (not quite bf/gf but it got close). But i realized that our whole relationship was through text and how lame is that? Especially texting that he loves you. He needs to man up at tell you to your face if he means it. I have an actual bf now and we talk on the phone for hours. I hope this helps! Find a better guy!
