Name of this movie where a man falls in love with fairy/little person?
I absolutely cannot remember the name of this movie that I saw a while ago. I can only remember bits and pieces of the movie but basically what I remember is that it is set somewhere in the UK and this guy moves back to his hometown for whatever reason and there's this forest and it's enchanted or haunted and if you don't stay on the path bad things will happen. I remember one scene where he goes off the path and becomes disoriented and hears voices. I know he meets this witch that lives in the forest and he gets romantically involved with her but then he meets this little person or fairy princess and then falls in love with her and she has the power to turn him into a little person. And I think the witch can turn into a bird and eat the little people...or something. Pretty sure it was a more recent film. Hopefully someone can help me. I've been on Google for the past 2 hours trying to figure it out!

First of all please don’t take it as a disorder.You are not psychologically ill and neither it is something really bad that it should be considered as a disorder.What I see is a person who longs to have someone with whom he can share his love and cherish his life. This is quite common with people who believe they have been deprived of love and affection from people around them since childhood. Who lives in a fantasy world of Disney movies and been waiting for love of their life so they see everyone as a potential candidate. Actually they are not in love with that particular person, they are in love with the feeling of being in love so they can’t live a life without love. They have lower self esteem as well and believe that they are incomplete without their partner. I believe such people can be perfect partners because they value love in their life but are emotionally unstable. Also they are seldom valued by partners because of their extreme dependency on their partner and of course lower self esteem.I do have an advice for you. Remember that you are lovable as much as others are and you must love yourself first and get rid of lower self esteem and lack of self confidence problems if you have any. When you start loving yourself then you will see that people will also get attracted to you and will like having you around. Also keep in mind that not everyone deserves you and your love, if you keep giving it away so easily you will only earn heart breaks and regrets. Most important is to keep your love matters separate from your career or studies.P.S. What I said is based on my observation and does not necessarily mean that it is true for OP.
