You should play Hell. It's similar to Truth or Dare, but without the Dare element. Basically you all take turns asking questions of each other. Unlike Truth or Dare, you don't direct them at anyone. Everyone in the room, including the person who asked, must answer the question truthfully AND fully explain their answer. For example, if you ask what everyone's most embarrassing moment was, you also have to tell what yours was, AND you have to explain the situation. Of course you can always lie, but that's no fun.
