What type of fabric is the best for swim shorts?
Microfiber polyester is best. Microfiber is not hard to find or expensive anymore. Especially those in a wicking weave (brands such as Dri-Fit, Climalite, Climacool, Heatgear Threadbare, Vapour X-Temp).It absorbs more water than polypropylene and nylon but is very tolerant of UV and has a high melting point. It is not affected by chlorine pool chemicals. Polyester is wicking so it doesn’t stick or cling when worn wet or when wet with sweat, and microfiber weaves are finer than silk. Televised rain-or-shine outdoor sports (soccer / association football in particular but also rugby and aussie-rules) that wear uniforms with direct skin contact are almost universally microfiber polyester. Microfiber polyester is the least uncomfortable to wear wet, and retain looks better than other fabrics when sweaty or wet.Polypropylene is 2nd best. Polypropylene absorbs very little water. Polypropylene has low melting point. It will half-melt sitting in a car baking in the desert sun (near-full-melt on sun-struck dashboard). Polypropylene will provide some thermal insulation even immersed in water (the other fabrics don’t provide any). Polypropylene is best worn as cold weather baselayers. It will take the #1 spot for swimwear if you are swimming in colder water (below 23C / 73F).Standard polyester is #3. Cheap double-knits fall in this category.Nylon is 4th best - it fades and embrittles with long-term UV exposure though (several hours per day). It absorbs less water than polyester but more than polypropylene.Worst materials: Cotton and Wool. Very absorbant, pills a lot, uncomfortable to wear wet, very intolerant of chlorine.Added:Compare: Guy on the left is wearing jean shorts and a white cotton T-shirt. His shirt is sticking all over his body - this is one of the main reasons guys don’t like to wear shirts swimming. The guy on the right is wearing a Barcelona soccer uniform, Nike Dri-Fit (microfiber polyester). He barely looks wet (you can tell his hair and the hair on his legs are wet), and looks much more presentable despite being wet (Soccer is a widely televised rain-or-shine sport). His jersey will dry in half the time than the other guy’s t-shirt. The denim / jean shorts will take hours to dry.Another guy swimming in a soccer kit. Adidas ClimaCool. He’s been out of the water for only about 3 minutes. He only got wet up to his mid-chest though.
Is the name Sadie short for something?
I love the name Sadie :) Many people will say "Oh my dog is named Sadie!" but it's a legitimate female name. I've met at least 3 people named Sadie who tell me they love their name regardless of people saying it's a dog's name. The meaning behind it is that it's actually a pet form of the name Sarah which means "lady" or "princess" in Hewbrew. It is the name of Abraham's wife (whose name was orgininally Saray before god changed it...I like that name too!). I have to say I love the name Sadie :)

What's the name of the dresses that are short in the front but long in the back?
I'm trying to look for dresses for my Sweet 16, and I really want a dress thats short in the front but it has like a long skirt back. I heard that they're called mullet dresses, but when I try to look on dress websites, nothing comes up. It would really help if I knew the real name or some websites that sell these kinds of dresses. Thanks so much ! :)

What are some of the common short forms used while naming CAT topics?
I had never joined classroom coaching from TIME, so I never had their material with me. I had only joined their Test series. I too was confused like you when I tried to attempt their topic tests.I talked to my friends who had joined TIME coaching institute and asked them these. Here is a list of the ones I know:ERPV - Equations, Ratio, Proportion and VariationILS - Indices, Logs and SurdsAMA - Averages, Mixtures and AlligationsP&C - Permutations and CombinationsSI&CI - Simple Interest and Compound InterestT&D - Time and DistanceT&W - Time and WorkPPL - Percentage, Profit and LossAnd as Varun Saxena and Subhasis Maji have already mentioned, each coaching institute has their own set of abbreviations that they use for naming the topics. My suggestions is stick to just one convention and follow it throughout the course of your CAT preparation.Hope this helps. All the best!
