Any good British rock bands?
I am OBSESSED with British rock! I love Muse, The Libertines, The Smiths, The Coral, Rogue Wave, and a whole bunch of others! My favorite is Muse. But, I would like to listen to more people instead of just these. I also like Bristish electronica/pop music such as Kylie Minogue, The Saturdays, and Goldfrapp. So if you have ANY names please let me know!! Thanks!
Bands with car names?
I'm looking for the name of a 50's-80's R&B group whose name was also the make or model of a car. Like "the cadillacs" or "the thunderbirds" or "the impallas" - but not them. All I remember is that it was 4 or 5 african american men - and on the cover of one of thier albums, they were all leaning against the hood of a blue car. Any help anyone can give would be SO greatly appreciated - it's driving me crazy.

What is the name of a Progressive Metal band "like" Tool?
Rodrigo gave you an excellent suggestion in Isis. The album that song (20 minutes/40 years) is from, Wavering Radiant, actually features guest appearances from Tool’s guitarist Adam Jones. If you like them, also check out the band Palms, which is a project featuring members of Isis, and Deftones frontman Chino Moreno.Also try the band Tesseract. I feel that they share many sonic similarities with Tool. I’m most impressed by their albums One and Polaris.For something with a heavier bent, check out Meshuggah. Obzen is my favorite of theirs.For something simultaneously heavier and more progressive, try the instrumental group Animals as Leaders, who combine many elements of these other sounds with whole new approaches, more of a jazz/metal/fusion vibe.Good luck to you.

What is a good band name with the word spunk in it?
Spunk Rock will probably be confused with the band Spank Rock. I can see it now - Google will always return the message 'Did you mean "Spank Rock"?' You should try to come up with a combination of words that is unique because, in an age where people find out about the bands and music they listen to online, you should try to come up with something easy to find. Single words are tricky (I recall trying to find out what happened to the UK band 'Space') and common phrases like 'Spunky Monkey' return a whole lot of Australian sites. Good luck. And for the record, how about Dead Spunk or Sound Spunk?
3 rock bands similar to AC/DC?
For a school assignment I have to make a Quartet Card game (4 cards with 4 different pictures of 4 rock bands that have something to do with one another) So I have 1; AC/DC. First I decided to use Nirvana, the rolling stones and Aerosmith. My teacher did not approve and said I needed 3 more bands besides AC/DC that have a connection to AC/DC (somehow) Do you have an idea of 3 other bands I could use?
