Yes, play the eyelashes up. I think that is all you need for your eyes. This way when there is a special event or your going out to the movies on the weekend you can play it up with some eyeshadow and maybe even a little bit of eyeliner. You could use an eyeliner with a little bit of color, but if you do this only use it just under your eyes. Maybe green or blue. And your lips naturally have a red coloring? Well, you need nothing but a little gloss to make it shine and add a little bit of fullness. Lastly, you should definitely rosey up those cheeks. I am actually jealous. You sound very pretty. I don't have long eyelashes, nor do I have a natural coloring to my lips. I have to add all that stuff. The less make-up you use is really better for your skin. I have friend's that have used a lot of make-up since high school and they all have wrinkles and haven't even hit 30 yet.

Is it okay to wear lipstick with no other makeup on?/I need makeup advice.?
I have never worn makeup besides eye liner & eye shadow. I don't use the liquid makeup & powder & all that stuff because I just don't need it. ***So, my question is, is it okay to wear lipstick with only eye liner/shadow & NO foundation? Or should I just wear lip gloss? I'm going to a casting call searching for models/actresses. ***Can someone recommend a shade of lipstick for me? Like, should I get red or burgundy or whatever? Hey girl! It often depends on skin type (what products to use) But this is my routine. Hope it helps! I have dark circles so I dap a little Maybelline Cover Stick corrector underneath. Step 1.) Foundation - Using a blush brush (or any other brush really) Sweep Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse over face making sure it all looks blended in. You don't want your face to be a different color than your neck! :) Step 2.) I use a TINY bit of bronzer on my t-zone (nose and above eyebrows) and also under my cheek bones to make them look more defined. Step 3.) Put a little peachy colored blush on the apples of my cheeks. You don't want to go for a color that is too pink or red. That wont look natural. Step 4.) Apply Eye Shadow, Mascara and Eye liner however you like to wear it. I never wear makeup should I wear some to prom?
From a guy stand point...wear some but not a ton. Prom has lots of pictures and the make up will help a little. My girl wore a lot and it got all over my suit jacket and shirt (almost had to pay for it). On a personal note though, less make up is always better IMO, but prom is one of those exceptions.
