Nauseated In The Morning

Nauseated every morning, but I'm not pregnant?

Acid reflux can cause regular nausea as can bad interactions with certain foods such as wheat. If this has been going on for more than a couple of weeks, I'd consider seeing a doctor as there are other, more serious, problems that also start off as repeated nausea including heart problems.

I have the problem, but acid reflux and post nasal drip are definitely the cause for me.

What can i do to cure morning sickness and nausea?

You are about as far as I am,I am 6 weeks today and I am going through the whole thing with it too..bad at times!

I was told by a nurse at my docotrs office that ginger was a great thing to use ginger snaps and ginger ale and they work but the ginger snaps are freakin nasty they have a bitter taste so you may not like them others around me do but mt taste for everything is all messed up since I am always feeling sick and so everything taste yucky!!

I am going to try the ginger tea since I love tea might taste good with alittle french vanilla cream too better than the ginger snaps! lol

Nausea in the Morning (Male)?

Well I'm 14 years old and I'm really skinny. A lot of people I know comment on how skinny I am. I am nauseous almost EVERY morning. Today I had to go home an hour into school because today it just got to the point where I didn't want to take it at school. It started in July 2010 I think... That was the last time I threw up, but it was because I worked way to hard on running up a sand dune. :P I don't know what else it could be, but my mom told me my sister would throw up almost every day before school because of anxiety. I don't throw up but I really just don't feel good and I can't eat until it goes away. (Usually last 2 hours or more) I only sometimes get a little nausea after I eat, that's basically the only time I get it that's not in the morning. Sometimes my stomach starts to get a burning feeling, and that happened today. Well I can't think of anything else, so thanks.

Why do I wake up nauseous every morning?

There could be SO MANY reasons. Very hard to pin down on here.At age 18, 8 hours of sleep may be insufficient. In general, younger people require more sleep.Drawing from my own personal experience; if I don't get enough sleep, without fail, I wake up feeling nauseated in the morning.Try going to bed a half hour early for several nights, then progress to 45 minutes earlier, then an hour, and slowly progress like this until you're going to bed around 10pm and getting up at your usual time of 730am.See if sleeping an additional 1.5 hours (or even 2 at your age!) per night eliminates your morning nausea. If not, you'll need to see a Doctor to investigate other causes.Best wishes to you!

Why do i feel nauseous every morning?

This uses to happen to me! It usually means you're not getting enough sleep or you wake up really early. I know when I would only get 4 hours a sleep I would feel naseous in the morning. Also, if you're waking up really early and/or early ad usual (example: You wake up at 5 everyday for work but now for a meeting you have to wake up at 4) That can cause naeseuousness. Finally, if you're continually waking up early especially at different times, that causes naesea too. I'm with you on this: overall just try and get more sleep!

PS: If you are adjusting to a new sleeping schedule anf waking up earlier than usual, that can definitely be the issue! Try and get more sleep anf your body will adapt!

Why do I feel nauseous every morning?

I'm a 14 year old girl. No I am not pregnant because I'm too self conscious to have sex. Anyways, every morning a wake up sick to my stomach. I feel like puking. After I eat it makes it worse for a while then it goes away. Why is this happening?

Why does my girlfriend feel nauseated every morning?

Acid reflux and indigestion occurs when high acid content exists in the stomach, causing morning sickness (vomiting). Tell her to try eating her last meal for the previous day earlier, avoid late night snacks, avoid stress, and keep antacids handy.

If there is no change, she may need to look into seeing a gastroenterologist who specializes in diseases of the stomach, intestines and liver,

I keep waking up in the morning weak, shaky and nauseous. What could be causing this?

I think you should try waking up after completing the sleep cycle.During the night, sleeping follows a predictable pattern, moving back and forth between deep sleep and REM sleep. Together, REM and non-REM sleep stages form a complete sleep cycle. Each cycle typically lasts about 90 minutes and repeats four to six times over the course of a night.Non-REM sleepFirst stage also known as "transitional sleep" – it lasts for about five minutes. Your eyes move slowly under the eyelids, muscle activity slows down, and you are easily awakened.Second stage also known as "light sleep" – This is the first stage of true sleep, lasting from 10 to 25 minutes. Your eye movement stops, heart rate slows, and body temperature decreases.Third stage also known as "deep sleep" – in this stage it's difficult to awaken, and if you forcibly wake up, you do not adjust immediately and often feel groggy and disoriented for several minutes. In this deepest stage of sleep, your brain waves are extremely slow. Blood flow is directed away from your brain and towards your muscles, restoring physical energy.REM sleepREM sleep (this is where dreams occur) – time to get there is approximately 70 to 90 minutes after falling asleep. Your eyes move rapidly, your breathing shallows, and your heart rate and blood pressure increase. During this stage, your arm and leg muscles are paralyzed.go to sleep and wake up feeling energized and refreshedSo go to this website and calculate the time for waking up and try to wake up in the recommended time without breaking the sleep cycle and then see whether you are feeling sleepy or not
