How can I get a six pack in 2 months?

First of all, no sweet, no spice, no butter type food, no fat, no salt and low carb high protein diet. No sweet means not even fructose. No fruit. Not even any fruit juice.Let's see if you have big belly then you have to reduce that to normal shape. That means you have to do all kinds of crunch with heavy weight. You have to do four times a day. Yeah, you have heard me right. You have to do in four sessions. If you start first session in 7 am then next session will start in 11 am and next two in 3 pm and 7 pm respectively. Remember, you are doing this to reduce your big belly to normal shape. Not for six pack. For that you have to do all kinds of core exercises. If you are eating strictly which is a must anyway and also the most important thing here. You will be able to reduce your belly to normal shape in 7 days. After that your real exercise will start.You have to run or jogg for half of km or slightly shorter range than that depending on your capacity( you can do this on treadmill as well). When you get home, you could take a bit of rest to have your breathing in normal pace. Then you have to do all kinds of core exercises. This will be your first session. Then you can be busy with your life after taking rest. You have to start this whole process again starting from running at the start of your next session. As I said before, you have to do 4 session like this in a day. You have to continue this process day after day. Remember no rest day. You have to buy a body fat calculator from online. Your body fat percentage have to be under 14% to visible any sort of abs. Ideally you have to be at 10–11% body fat.Continue this process and you will see the difference. You will see how quickly your body fat percentage is reducing. By the time you have ended one month, you should have six pack abs if not then you have a problem with your diet. Remember, you have to eat very strictly.

Your muscles are like springs, you will hit the gym for a while and  develop some muscle mass, bus as soon as you quit gym your body will get loosen up.But what you have done is that you have increased the growth limit of your muscles. Hey!Here are some tips about your nutrition!Everyone has abdominal muscles. For some, this seems new but it is true. The question is how often you use your abdominal muscles, and the answer is every day! Just think about it, if you crawl out of bed you use core muscles helping you to sit upright. When you tie your shoes while sitting and raise your foot slightly, you use core muscles. There are countless everyday moments when your abdominal muscles are at work without you thinking about it. Alright, but where does this story go? With the above explanation, I try to make clear that everybody has abs, but they are not always visible! The simple reason is that fat and especially abdominal fat is covering the muscles. One of the most important steps is to ensure that your body fat percentage goes down so that the underlying muscles are visible. An important first step will therefore be to change your diet so that you, without even a single exercise, your percentage of body fat takes down. In short, this means that you give up fast food, fatty snacks, sugars and processed carbohydrates. Complex carbohydrates such as pasta is okay but not every day because it is the fuel that you need during your training sessions. What you wanto to eat more is greetings, fruit, nuts, healthy fats such as fish, avokado and olive oil. Divide your meals into five or six times, with each time you eat smaller portions than when you would eat three times a day. Smoothies are a good alternative, with fresh fruit and low-fat milk for example. If you drink plenty of water it also provides a "full" feeling, making you less prone to snack on something. I'm going camping with my family in about 2 weeks I need to lose inches on my waist fast before we go and I would like to lose weight. I know its not safe to lose weight fast but I really need to in order to look good in my bathing suit is there a special eating plan I could use to lose weight and some exercises and exercise tips. well thanks =)

Im 13 and want to lose weight over summer holidays?

Ok so 6 week summer holidays start today. I'm currently 13 years old, 14 stone and 5'4 which is obviously not a good size to be. I've been wanting to lose weight since I was 12. I'm 14 this year. This is my summer and I'm going to use the time carefully to lose weight and kick start my fitness and healthy eating.

I have a whole 42 spare days to exercise and stuff. I have a wii, skipping rope and exercise bike if that helps? Almost everyday I have free time to do what I want so instead of watching films all day everyday- Im going to lose weight.
