If anyone can tell me the answer to this problem and how to solve it I would greatly appreciate it: Every year, there is a foot race to the top of the Empire State Building. The vertical distance traveled (using the stairs!) is about 440 m. The current record for this race is about 9 min 30 s. If the record holder has a mass of 63 kg, what was his average power output during the race?
Need help finding a technical term for a power?
So, in my book there is technical terms for powers. Example: cerebrokinesis for mind control, telekinesis for mind reading, other big words that I can't spell without looking in my book. Anyways, there's a character who can kill by consuming as little as one drop of the murder victims blood. I looked all over he internet for a word I could use. Perhaps something that means "kill someone by a single action without the need to touch them"... An action, not a thought, so something like having to write in the death note in order to kill is similar to drinking someone's blood in order to kill is similar I guess. What have you seen?

1. (-3x^3+7x^2-8) - (-5x+9x^2-8x+19) simplifies as -3x^3+7x^2-8+5x-9x^2+8x-19 next add similar terms giving -3x^3-2x^2+13x-27. 2. x(2x) x (4x+1):~ (2x^2)(4x+1) =8x^3+2x2. 3. (2a-5)(a^-1) = 2-5a^-1 4. (x-2)^3 :~ first (x-2)^2 = (x^2-4x+4) then x (x-2) gives x^3-4x^2+4x-2x^2-8x-8 bring together similar terms = x^3-6x^2-4x-8 Note that is quite common practice to use ^ instead of writing 'to the power of'

go to a second hand store and look in a power supply mix bin for one with the right size plug and voltage. Or go to radio shack or other store and get a multiple tap converter. Wal-mart used to carry these, not sure if they still do. it has a selection for voltage and a selection of connectors either adapters or a 4-way cross.

Hi, I am an ECE graduate. I could give few of those things which is needed to build youself as a skillful engineer.1. Circuit designingIt is the most basic skill which is needed. You must learn how to debug, synthesize, Analyse electrical circuits. iT should become a part of day to day life. You can master software packages like Orcad, P Spice, Eagle etc to simulate circuits. Another important aspect here is to learn and master PCB designing. I mean get into that stuff. Learn and do numerous projects. 2.Instrumentation and Electrical measurements:You should be capable of reading and manipulating instruments perfectly. Measurements is also a very important part of an electrical engineers job profile. 3.Power transmission and Transmission lines fundamentals4.Electrical Drives and Electrical machinery One must be good at using electrical machines with ease. Its testing, reading, construction and design aspects should be mastered. Drives like PLC, SCADA, speed controllers design etc must be known.5.Power electronics:Designing and fabricating power electronic circuits.6.
