Hi Ellen,I just wanted to bring this up to your attention. My name is Chas and I live in Los Osos, a small beach community near San Luis Obispo. I own a small window cleaning business and earlier this week I ended up doing an estimate for an older couple in nearby Morro Bay. While chatting with Pam Doug Hamp it came out they are the parents of Late Jody Fisher. About 6–7 years ago Jody was on your show talking about her battle against cancer. At that time she had two small kids and she was talking about her bucket list she wanted to complete before her passing. Anyway, I met her super sweet parent yesterday. When I told Doug and Pam I remember Jody I asked them how everything went after Jody had passe. Pam responded; not very well. Jody’s husband ended up spending all the money your show gave her for his own leachure. Non of it ended up with the kids. In fact, due to some issues at work he lost his job. (Please keep this confidential). Anyway long story short. Pam and Doug are very close to Jody’s children (now 18 and 16) but rarely talk to Jody’s husband. he and his new girlfriend live in Los Osos however the kids spend lots of time with the grand parents. Since the dad is broke Pam and Doug try to help the kids out whenever they can however being on a tight budget they often have to scramble. My message to you is; whenever you donate money to children you may want to do that in a trust so the money is protected whenever the children need to use it. Just saying.
My father was arrested and charged with elderly abuse and identity theft. What do I do?
I received a call from a bail bondsman this morning telling me my father was arrested Christmas night while he was at work based on a month old warrant for identity theft and elder abuse. No other details were given before I was directly connected to my dad from the county jail. He was very vague so I know I m not getting the entire story. All I know is the bail is set at $250,000. I haven t called back to the bondsman yet, I wanted to get some input first.

Shyness is a result of people not feeling comfortable in a certain environment or situation. When all is said and done comfort is what it comes down to. Put anyone in a situation when they feel in control and shyness goes out the window.

My dog has been feeling a bit tired. He walks as if he is drunk and his back legs cross over each other when he is walking. Right now he is breathing a bit loudly. I read some other questions similar to my situation and it said it could be hip-dysphasia, Lyme disease, poisoned, or a spinal injury. My mom said if it were any of those things then he would be vomiting and could barley get up. How can I get the message to her that she needs to take him to the vet. I can't even stand her right now she's acting imature saying it will pass. Sorry if it's long but please help. He is a 5yr old Yorkshire terrier who is very active. He has fallen yesterday on his side about less than a foot. I can not drive him to the vet since I am only 13. My mom gave him ceasers dog food yesterday. PLEASE help me!!!!
