Need Help Identifying A Bug

I need help Identifying bug feces?

Some months ago my family moved into a knew home it's a nice peaceful neighborhood, the only problem is after several months of living here I noticed aa little small bug in the window. I didn't think much of it only that it was one of those weird super tiny bugs you saw once every blue moon, fast forward months later I noticed that there were now more of these bugs tiny bugs crawling on the blinds.... it was far more than a little disturbing I started to panic with the mindset that these things could have been crawling on me without my knowledge. So like any other person with access to the internet I did some research which led me to looking up Lice and Mites, but what could ease the mind of a girl afraid on bugs? So many answer to the questions that I had and constantly I returned to the window to mentally take pictures of it so I could remember it as I searched the net and finally I found a Photo that resembled the bug http://www.flickr.com/photos/53882211@N08/5095289702/in/photostream/ someonme said it was Book lice but I found another photo with the picture being similar and another person clamed it was head lice. I'm african american and I was scratching my head like a nut one of the reasons being paranoia and possibly because when I wrapped my head with a scarf it felt like it was on fire so very much like this time I got multipule answers. I remember having scabs on my head after adding tons of grease and scratching. I just hope it's book lice or a more harmless bug I also saw another one that had a light yellow body and a red brown head it looks like a spider. It's just as small as the other bug if not smaller. Now in my clothing I noticed brown spots with something that looked like dry snot with a very little sparkle when held up to the light like glitter.

PS: The one that looked like a spider is still in the window while the other is inside the boxs and on my papa

It's a giant water bug. The "stinger looking thing" on the rear end is the tube they use for breathing when they come up for air. They have wings and can fly between lakes and ponds.

Don't pick it up though, they don't sting but have a nasty bite!

Help! I need to identify a bug. It's very tiny, brown/black and has vertical stripes. Ideas please?!?

For several years I would find these tiny bugs (about 1/8") on my kitchen counters occasionally. They were always dead & looked almost like the shell of a bug. They were so light you could easily blow them off the counter. Now I'm seeing lots more of them - & these are alive. Seen mostly at night, all over the house. They fly & when they land they look like a piece of lint or something. I killed one last night & noticed the wings hang off the back of the body just slightly. Hard to see the details they are so small, but they are brown/black & have vertical stripes. When you squish them sometimes they bleed, sometimes they don't. They fly really fast! They have a black head, no antennae. My windows are open a lot so maybe they come in thru the screens? We are in CO & they are driving me nuts. I can't figure out if they bite or not - but after 3 days of looking all over online, I can't figure out what they are. Can someome please help me figure out what they are? Please??

Could you help me identify this ant?

Looks like Weaver ants, probably Oecophylla smaragdina (assuming you're located in Southeast Asia). They are quite special, using their larva as silk producers. (Source: National Geographic)If you harass them, they will bite and spray you with formic acid, which is quite painful, but harmless. So, don't :)Their nests look like this:(Source: Wikipedia)Please always state the geographic location when requesting identification, it makes the job much easier.

Can someone help identifying these butterflies?

It is the red admiral (Vanessa atalanta). The first picture looks different, but it is just showing the underside of the wings:All 3 pictures should be of the same species.

What is biting me? Need to Identify?

Chiggers would be my guess. There's been an epidemic of chiggers this season & I've gotten many bites. You don't feel the actual bite and it takes 12-24 hours for them to even appear. And initially, I get big welts like that, too. The itch is maddening and unlike mosquito or flea bites, they can itch for up to a week. Try some Chiggarid (sp?) and alternate with hydrocortisone cream.
