Not a good idea - generally, foreigners are only used to their family speaking their own language, and therefore you giving a word or two in armenian to her is like you trying to enter her family (not exactly, but you get the point, its a little invading). Just get to know her in ENGLISH first :), then when you're FRIENDS start askin her ON THE ODD OCCASION about her language, eventually you'll get to the point where its cool with BOTH OF YOU for you to ask her something like 'how do you tell a girl she's nice in armenian' and yeah.. But I stress that you need to be in the position with her where you both are comfortable with each other - you might be willing to impress her, but she might be a little nervous still, so always keep that in mind. I put some of the above in bold because you can't just ignore those things, trust me :) Good luck lad!

Can you please help me write a SONNET to impress a girl?
My teacher ask the class to write a sonnet about anything we like. And I told this girl in my class that I'd write a sonnet about her. But I didn't, I had some family problems last week and I have a problem writing a romantic sonnet, so I write a sonnet about my family instead, it was a rather sad sonnet. My teacher said it was good, but now that girl in my class wants to read it, I told her I didn't bring the paper and our next English class is wednesday, and she expect to read it by wednesday. So can anyone help? You don't really have to right a sonnet for me, just give me some examples or ideas. I won't copy your answer (that'll be stupid to copy other people), I just need inspirations and ideas. And btw, I REALLY like this girl. I would like to see her smile and like me when she reads it.
