Buying kids clothes on sims 2? Please help..?
well kid's can't buy clothes for themselves, or anything in that matter it can only be bought by a teenager or Adult sim. Get an adult sim to click on the clothing rack, and it should come up with "Buy" click on this and it will load the catalogue, and from here in the top right corner of the catalogue it should have the symbols for toddlers, kids, teenagers, adults and elders. Click on the kid symbol, and then whatever clothing piece you want click "add to cart" then when you press the tick button your sims will buy the clothes.

You need to either start babysitting, walking dogs, or do something kind of job that will help you earn your own money so that you can pay for the clothes you want with your money, the only argument your mom could have for that is to say you should save it but you don't have to because it's your money. While you're shopping with her, try just asking her to go in a store (like Forever 21, don't start off with Hollister which is the most expensive one) and look around with you. Right now, she makes the money and she's the one buying you clothes so it kind of is her choice to some extent. My parents were like that until I started making my own money, now I can shop wherever I want :) Also, don't say Kohl's, Target and Walmart are for poor people. They aren't. and take in account the economy we're in before you say tings like that. Also, you're 13. You WILL grow out of things from Hollister and Abercrombie and all that so don't start yelling at your mom for having some common sense :/

Aww im well jealous. I was in shops today and saw so much i wanted.. but im so broke! :(. I dunno where u live or what kinda clothes you like but i love New Look, Bay, Exhibit, d2, dv8, Jane N, Nv, Cult, Streetlife.. etc? Lol. As for bargains, a lotta shops have random sales on at the min so you should have no trouble. Have a gd shopping trip. Grr :) x
