Need Help Retrieving Email From Pop Account On An Apple Computer.

How can I upload Apple Mail email into my Gmail account?

Assuming you can move those archived messages back into an active email account's inbox folder within Apple Mail (or any other email client), there is actually a way to import mail and contacts into Gmail, from within Gmail.  Since your messages are archived, this will be a two step process. Here, I am outlining the second step of the process. When downloaded into gmail, the messages will not take a folder structure, since Gmail utilizes labels instead of folders as are commonly used by your typical email clients (Outlook, Apple Mail).  All of your downloaded email inbox messages, and messages contained in inbox subfolders if applicable, will be thrown indiscriminately into your inbox. If that is okay with you, here's how:Open up GmailOn the top-right of your Gmail session, select the Gear icon dropdown and access your 'Settings'. Select the 'Accounts and Import' tabNext to 'Import mail and contacts', select 'Import mail and contacts'Enter the full e-mail address from which you want to import mailFill in the information to authenticate as yourself as the owner of the external email accountYour POP username will be whatever comes before your email domain (i.e. before the @).  This may vary with some email domains, as some server administrators set the full address as the user name. Your pop server should auto populate as mail.yourEmailDomain.comThe port number may vary, but try to take the default Select 'Continue'. ****MAKE SURE***** to check 'keep retrieved mail on server', otherwise you will effectively "pop" all of the email out of your non-Gmail account into your Gmail account; mail in the old account would cease to exist. The length of time this takes will depend on how much email you have. Hopefully this was helpful. If you need clarification, I'll be happy to help. Note: By using this guide, you will have voluntarily accepted any and all risk / repercussion within the realm of its association.

How do I reset my Apple ID when my trusted devices are no longer valid?

Trusted devices are used in conjunction with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Two-Step Verification (2SV).Scenario 1: Two-Step VerificationTo reset your Apple ID in the absence of your trusted devices, you’ll absolutely need both the Apple ID password and the recovery key that was generated when activating 2SV:If you either forgot the password or lost the recovery key, then you’re out of luck and your only solution is to start over and create a totally new Apple ID.If you only forgot the password, then the process goes like this:Access iforgot.apple.com using a web browserEnter the email address associated with your Apple IDEnter the CAPTCHA code then click on “Continue”Enter the recovery key then click on “Continue”Please refer to this support article for more information:If you can't sign in with two-step verification using your Apple IDScenario 2: Two-Factor AuthenticationPart of setting up 2FA, you had to provide a trusted phone number, which can be used for sending the verification code either as a text message or a phone call.If you still have access to the trusted phone number and you know your Apple ID password:Access appleid.apple.comEnter your email address and passwordClick on “Didn’t get a verification code?”Choose to use the trusted phone number insteadEnter the code received via text message or phone callIf you don’t remember your password, follow a similar process but access iforgot.apple.com instead. If you don’t have access to the trusted phone number anymore, then you’ll need to initiate an account recovery process. For more information, please visit this support article:Regain access to your Apple ID with two-factor authentication account recoveryHope this helps!

Can I restore a deleted email from 3 years ago in gmail?

If Gmail has not deleted the messages from the server, you can recover deleted emails after deleting them from your trash folder. You must open your gmail then click the drop down arrow on the left from your search box at the top of the screen. it will then ask you several question such as to: or from, subject, key words or date within. Click on the blue search button on the bottom left of the search box and all of your deleted emails will be revealed.Note from Ambucias : If you still can’t recover you mails, these links will provide further help https://support.google.com/mail/... https://support.google.com/mail/...

When you Archive emails on gmail it will send it to the All Mail box. If it is an email that you may have forwarded or something and then delete your sent mail, it will delete it in the All Mail file too. So.. you have to watch it.

What is the POP, SMTP,ans IMAP servers for Yahoo email? I have been trying to open an Outlookexpress email.?

Here are the basic server settings for Yahoo! Mail:
Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: pop.mail.yahoo.com (Use SSL, port: 995)
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com (Use SSL, port: 465, use authentication)
Account Name/Login Name: Your Yahoo! Mail ID (your email address without the "@yahoo.com")
Email Address: Your Yahoo! Mail address (e.g., user@yahoo.com)
Password: Your Yahoo! Mail password

If you can't add new POP or SMTP servers, you'll need to change your current server settings to access your Yahoo! Mail Plus account. Write down your current settings first—you might need to revert to them later if you decide to send and receive messages from your other email addresses.

Your other email program will give you the option of either deleting your Yahoo! messages from the Yahoo! server after downloading them, or leaving them on the Yahoo! server so you can see them online in your Yahoo! account, too.

Remember, in order to use these settings you would need a paid for account like Yahoo! Mail Plus. This won't work if you use Yahoo! Mail (Beta).
