Need Help With German Sentence From Transcript

I need help translating this Spanish into English?

Hi there. I have recorded a video of a spanish recording I have to listen to and answer a few basic questions about. Its about a girl who goes on vacation to Ponce, Puerto Rico, and says a few sentences about her trip. I have to answer a few basic questions and I'm having trouble with it. Could someone please help?

YouTube Video Link to spanish recording: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_lnTe3NSIPI

Thanks in Advance.

The questions are:
¿Dónde está Ponce?
¿Qué tiempo está haciendo?
¿Por qué no va Carolina al Parque de Bombas hoy?

Where can i find pimsleur scripts? the transcripts of what they use?

if you type an exact sentence from the lesson into google, you may land upon a script.

I did see a full transcript for pimseur mandarin out there, but I haven't bookmarked it.

How did Hitler get such a short prison sentence for what effectively amounted to treason?

He had a basically Nazi sympathetic judge(s), is probably the biggest crux of the matter, for one thing. Hitler was likely as much or even more afraid of being deported from Germany back to Austria (which he could well have been — by birth he was technically a ‘foreign national’, albeit a naturalized German citizen, who had served in the German army during WWI, etc).If he had been deported however and never allowed to (legally) return and/or therefore operate politically within Germany’s borders, then the continued growth of the Nazi movement after the failed Putsch might have been thwarted. The Party, as Hitler put it himself in his book, was basically “destroyed” as of the failure of the putsch attempt. It had to be nearly rebuilt almost from scratch (not exactly from scratch but, its organization and even most of its assets and so forth had been effectively taken away or dismantled).Instead he drew a five-year sentence, of which he actually spent incarcerated I believe less than a full year. Which was, by all accounts, really “easy time”.He reportedly spent much of his sentence reading, writing (or actually dictating his book), relaxing with incarcerated friends and fellow Nazis, eating pretty much whatever they wanted, receiving many visitors, and trying to figure out exactly what kind of Mercedes he was going to buy upon his release. Adolf Hitler's Time in Jail: Flowers for the Führer in Landsberg Prison - SPIEGEL ONLINE - International“A transcript of a letter to Jakob Werlin, a Munich car dealer, also reveals Hitler's true living conditions at Landsberg. Long before his release, on Dec. 20, 1924, due in large part to the efforts of Warden Leybold, Hitler was already thinking about what type of car to buy: a Benz 11/40, which "would meet my current requirements," or a 16/50 with a more powerful engine. His preferred color was gray, and he wanted "wire wheels."Hitler asked the car dealer for preferential treatment. He wrote that he would probably have to obtain a loan for the purchase, and that the "court costs and legal fees" he owed were making his "hair stand on end."In the letter, Hitler asked Werlin to inquire at his main office as to "what sort of a discount you can give me."…”

I took my German B1 exam but only passed my Sprechen module. What's wrong with me?

Well, it’s the transition phase from A2 to B1 , where in A2 you had overall percentage and in B1 suddenly you are prepared for each module separately. This is surprising and at the same time it’s a good thing that you cleared sprechen because not many students could do that. So take it as a motivation rather than thinking about other 3 modules. Now let’s talk about your other modules, one by one and see where you stand.Lesen: it looks easy but it’s not. Lots of students underestimate this part of the exam but a word in the paragraph can change the entire sense and meaning of it. Increase your vocabulary as much as you can. You aim should be to understand the passage than to just solve the questions (at the end of the day you’re learning so that you could come to Germany).Schreiben: Grammar is very important in it. B1 has lot of grammar and the very useful one. So make your grammar strong. Do the practice tests. Make your own notes for prepositions, conjunctions and Nomenverbverbindung.Hören: More you listen, better you become that’s the only trick of it. Nothing else.i hope you have right and enough study materials!Good luck for the next time.

What are the German phrases yelled in Battlefield 1 multiplayer?

From the gameplay videos I’ve watched, it’s the same sort of generic chatter as in English. “Keep your eyes open”, “get in cover”, “I need a medic” and so on. These voices are meant to be generic, so that they don’t stand out and break the immersion. In the video posted by Joni, you have a few more like “sh*t, that was close” and various ways of saying “I’m still alive”.

What is asked in the German A1 and A2 exams?

A1 and A2 are the Basic Level courses. Both the levels are same, except for the fact that in A2 you need to start using more words, more grammar and you start learning How to join two sentences using words like ‘Because, if, whether, therefore, instead of’ etc.Apart from that, The Listening section becomes more tougher and in speaking section, You are cross questioned by the examiner in A2 Level(In A1 you are not cross questioned). Also there is separate Module in speaking section where you need to fix an appointment, or Meeting with your friend or family and you have to decide About it with your Partner. So this is the difference in speaking section of A2 Level.Rest of the sections like reading, writing almost remains the same. You Just need to increase your Vocabulary for reading and writing section and some grammar.I suggest you to directly appear for A2 Level after enough preparation. It's not that hard and the differences between A1 and A2 Level can be studied easily.Thanks.
