Need Some Ebay Advice Autographs

Never Shout Never Autograph?

Do a search for it on eBay, and then check on the box next to "completed listings", that is in the left margin of the page. Then, you can see how much any other ones sold for on eBay.

Bought a fake autograph?

I'm sorry to tell you this but you may just have to take it as a lesson. You always need to do your research before purchasing an autograph. Check the seller's feedback, check the signatures picture with known authentic signatures. When all else fails, you just don't purchase autographs from ebay or really anywhere unless you know the seller to be trust worthy.

There are plenty of safe places to purchase autographs and even plenty of legitimate sellers on ebay. You took a risk by purchasing the autograph. Unfortunately it turned out badly for you. You can threaten the seller by telling him you will press charges but in actuality you cannot unless it is an extremely valuable item. He may not know this, though, so it deserves a try. If he claims to not have know it was a fake, tell him that is okay, but since he advertised it to you as authentic, that he needs to give you a full refund and you will send the autograph back. Did you use Paypal? You can always threaten to contact them, which he should be afraid of because they can mess up his entire account, which really sucks.

Unfortunately it is only between you and the seller at the moment. Do all that you can to attempt to get it back, but if he is uncooperative there is not much else you can do. Just don't be too hard on yourself and learn from your mistake.

Whose autographs have you collected and sold? How much money did you get for the single most valuable autograph? Whose was it?

Sorry, I am not an autograph hound. To me they are people.I acted myself a bit back in the day. Long waits between takes, constant script changes due to time constraints, irresponsible larger than life so called Stars and CoStars that had their own idea of WHEN they should appear on set or soundstage. They didn't care about the budget or other actors that were forced to wait on them, that there were extras working for an hourly wage(extras do you know!) So I can't see wasting my money on their memorabilia, autographs, posters or anything they might get a portion of since it IS their likeness and signature. The best I ever did was go to OmniCon in Detroit one year. Saw Lucy Lawless, Renee OConner, Kevin Sorbo and some of the two groups of Starship Enterprise actors, Patrick Stewart, Brent Spiner, Chris Pine, and the 7 of 9 actress. They gave me autographed photos but I donated them to a school for a Silent Auction. I was later told my photos brought more than $1500 for the new Media Center the school wanted to install. I was very grateful, wrote letters thanking the actors, only 2 wrote back. Lucy Lawless and Kevin Sorbo.I still watch those shows if I can find them. Sometimes I can catch them on METV, but not regularly, which is upsetting.

In 2014, When she was 13, I promised her to get the autograph of one direction to manifest my love to her after seeing her love for them, since it is now apparent that they are not getting back together, should I give up on that?

In the event that that is something you felt was going to truly signify your affection for her, at that point you should find out from her of what might she consider someone to do to demonstrate that an individual truly does genuinely cherish them. By creating a hypothetical situation and suggesting she give you the appropriate response with her not realizing it is her you're speaking bout, but rather yet she has given you the complete situation in telling you precisely what it take to truly demonstrate your adoration for her. Be that as it may, yet, you will at that point will have to follow through with it, and I know this will fill her heart with joy.

Help finding autographed picture of Dylan Moran?

I could wax eloquent about why I think he's so hysterically funny, but I'll get right to the point...

I've been trying unsuccessfully for the better part of a year to get an autographed picture of Dylan Moran. I've exchanged emails with his publicist and his manager who tell me he's a very private man, and doesn't sign stacks of pictures in his agent's office. His agent even told me they mailed me something, but I never got it!

I know I should send a SASE to them. Would I have to include return postage in British stamps? I have no clue how to handle that. And if I wanted to send a picture for him to sign, I don't have an original, and it seems bad form to send him a downloaded picture to autograph.

eBay would be great, but like I said, these are hard to come by, even on eBay. ........and most celebrity autograph sellers don't even know who he is.

Can anyone help me obtain my heart's desire?

How much is my Sarah Palin autograph worth?

If you put the autograph on eBay you will probably only get e-mails requesting you burn it. No one wants that trash.

Can anyone tell me if this is a real Kurt Cobain autograph?

Hiya. I've been buying a lot of autographed stuff on eBay the last few days, mostly musical things like signed Green Day albums and records, signed Elton John record...so yeah. Anyway, I'm a really big fan of Nirvana as well and I wanted to buy something signed by Kurt Cobain. I found this picture for a very reasonable price, considering it's framed and everything:

http://cgi.ebay.com/KURT-COBAIN-FRAMED-SIGNED-8-X-10-COLOR-PHOTO-/120702657958?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c1a7065a6

The seller says it's authentic and didn't come with a certificate so that's how he's selling it, without one. This and the low price really makes me question the authenticity of the autograph. Also, looking at other things he has signed that I know he signed for sure, he signs his name with a 'd' in it (Kurdt). I don't know if it was EVERY time, and I'm not sure why, but he does. He also sometimes puts the peace symbol, but maybe he just didn't on this photo. I would just buy it and then have it "authenticated", but authentication from like PSA/DNA is basically just an opinion. Now that I think about it, that's kind of ironic...here I am asking you guys for opinions and I just said I don't want opinions. Anyway, can anyone tell me whether or not it's real? Maybe some of you have had something signed by him yourselves?

How much is my autographed picture of Jesus worth?

I was going through some old boxes after my grandmother passed and in one of the boxes was a pictured signed Jesus. I took it to a forensics document examiner who said it is most likely 100% the real deal from Jesus H. Christ. How much can I get it for it since I can't find any in EBay?

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Autograph! Question - please help!?

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is the NBA's all time leading scorer, and he won more MVP's than anyone in history (six).

If the autograph is authentic, that sounds like a good price. Kareem was not that prolific an autograph signer when he played until later in his career.

You might have to hold it for awhile for it to appreciate in value. But Kareem will be 60 years old next year (he could still start at center for every NBA team today except the Heat LOL)... who knows how much longer he'll be around to sign autographs?

What are most collectable batman graphic novels?

The 1st printings of many of the classic Batman Graphic novels would be considered rare because they are hard to find even listed on eBay. Both in Hardcover (HC) or Trade Paperback (TPB).While an Absolute Edition may be listed for $100 doesn’t mean that it should be considered collectable (in my opinion). That cost is the same cost is the original cover cost… or maybe even lower in some cases. For example, I believe Batman Shaman only had 2 printings in the 90s and isn’t listed that often on eBay. Same is true for Batman Strange Apparitions which never received a 2nd printing. The original cover price for these was probably $14.99 - $19.99 and they now sell for $50 - $80 on eBay.Some titles have had numerous printings but their first would be considered the most rare, e.g., Dark Knight Returns, Prey, Gothic, Venom, Long Halloween, etc.For example, you can get Long Halloween these at your local shop for $29.99 but it is in it’s 7th edition. The first edition would sell on eBay for $40.Check listings on eBay by filtering by Collectables > Comics > Graphic Novels and TPBs. Search for Batman and then you can also explore other search terms such as, rare and OOP (out of print). Many of these also have collectable sets, versions that are numbered, versions that are autographed, different covers, etc. These are often distinguished by edition. For example, Batman: The Killing Joke has been reprinted 15 times (maybe more), and each time the lettering on the cover is a different color. The first print was a lime green with a very specific font.If anyone else has any tips and tricks, I’d value hearing them. These are just the ones I employ and my thoughts on what is considered collectable.
