It depends. For a preemployment drug test no they do not. However if you are on probation and are required to urinate randomly bc of substance abuse absolutely yes they do. Usually you walk into the bathroom, asked to put hand sanitizer on your hands and rub it in. This cleans your hands but also prevents anyone from slipping any adulterants in their using say mid stream. There’s usually a mirror on two walls near the toilet so they are constantly watching. I wouldn’t want to be that guy that had to stare at a variety of men’s reproductive organs to make sure they aren’t cheating or whipping out a fake penis with synthetic urine. It happens more times then you would think and when I had to go and pee almost everyday for six months the guy who watched me told me one day that he had 7 urinator belts that he found hidden behind people’s pants attempting to pass a drug test. Not a wise idea. It’s a felony where I live to cheat a drug test and of course an instant probation violation and at least two months in jail. Not worth losing my freedom.

A professional analytical toxicologist should be able to subject the litigation packet to very stringent review.At the very least, ask for a second confirmation to rule out lab mixups.
