Need To Lose 20 Kg In 40-45 Days

How do I lose 20 kgs in 40 days? I currently weigh 100 kgs and my height is 5'10". I'm attending my SSB interview after 40 days from now.

Sorry to disappoint you, but that would be next to impossible. You can however, lose up to 7-8 kgs of fat in this time frame if you do everything right. Some of it will also be loss of lean body tissue. Why is it impossible to lose 20 kgs in 40 days? Body fat is stored energy, measured in calories. One kg of body fat is roughly 7700 calories. Therefore 20 kgs of fat = 7700*20 = 154,000 calories. In 40 days, therefore, to lose 154,000 calories, you'd need to maintain a daily deficit of (154,000/40) 3850 calories. Your body at the very least (even if you're willing to sacrifice your muscle mass, which would be pointless given you want to attend the SSB interview) needs about 800 calories a day. This puts you under potential health risks as well. Let's say you eat about 1500 calories daily. Your TDEE at that weight would roughly be 2400, so you naturally maintain a 900 calorie daily deficit. Need to burn another 3000 calories extra - pretty much, you have to run a marathon everyday, at the VERY LEAST. Even so, you'll have to continuously keep cutting calories as your body fat declines. Don't let any snake-oil salesperson convince you that you can beat the laws of physics with their silly pill or other products.

How do I lose 20 kgs in 40 days? I currently weigh 87.6 kgs and my height is 5'7". I'm attending my SSB interview after 40 days from now. Kindly help me with the diet and exercises.

DO NOT HIT THE GYM !! Increasing muscle mass adds to your weight and muscles tissue are heavier than fat tissue. If also you go for a gym jst keep it to a cardio workout. pushs, pullups, chinups and squats are a necessity. You can do burpees as well and box squats in sets and reps. Best if you hit the road like for a start try to cover 2 miles in 20-25 mins. to build up stamina continuous running doesn't help you need to improvise. After you have finished almost a mile, increase you pace, pour your full energy and run like hell for the next 100 metres and then slowly regain the original pace, try not to stop and catch your breath, keep running. After its done do a 5 metre shuttle 10 per minute. Now your dietWake up early, as early as possible. Go fr a run and take some chick pea (should be kept in a bowl of water at night) a handful and drink the water too. After you come back take rest after you catch your breath take glucose water or best if you can take sugar-salt solution( which tastes like tear drop) 1 litre den take a rest for 25-30 mins have your break fast keep breakfast, keep it non spicy use vegetable soup(carrots, lettuce, half potato.\, beet root, radish etc.. ) water content should be good oats soup s also good, milk is good or you can take half boiled eggs as wellAfter you are done with your breakfast an hour you can take fruits like oranges, apples or citrus limetta (mousambi).Keep carbs intake normal, like for an athlete it should be 500-850 gm as you will start so keep it 350 gm 2-3 potatoes(big sizes) or rice accordingly. Have your lunch, green vegetables should be there, after your lunch take a 20-25 mins gap if you want to take fruits. & please DONOT SLEEP after your lunch take a stroll in your garden, watch a movie or read a novel ..you can again go for citrus fruits they help lessen extra fat.If possible take 2 mousambis in a day.Now evening if you want you can go for a run again. rehydrate youself once you come back take rest have a nice tiffin.Dinner should not be be heavy jst fill you stomach don't eat too much. After you are done, take a bit rest and go early to bed within the 22:00–22:30hrs window

Is it possible to lose 25 kg in 40 days?

Good news for you! You can lose upto 1 pound per day (Theoretically).Amanda lost 15 pounds with this diet. I recommend this!First things first. It's very likely you are currently retaining 4 pounds or more of water weight - you need to get rid of this extra weight. To do it, you need to know what the deal with this unwanted weight is. When your body is not supplied with the amount of water it needs, it goes into "alert mode" and starts accumulating more and more water. To fight a bloated stomach, you need to trick your body into making it believe there's plenty of water available, and that there's no need to carry the extra water weight. The simplest way of achieving this it to drink lots of water all the time. The next thing you need to know about are the 6-9 pounds of decomposing matter and feces that you are carrying at the moment. So, how can you fix this problem? It's simple: with a big fiber intake. I recommend beans, black beans, apples, and bananas. As soon as you consistently incorporate 40 grams of fiber a day, or more, the settled waste will begin to loosen up be expelled from your system. Your metabolism will speed up even more as a result, enabling your body to burn fat more easily. Thanks!

HOw much weight can i lose in exactly 90 days?

In order to lose weight, you should do cardio work-outs. With 90 days, you could lose as much weight as you want as long as you stick to the work-outs and diet. These work-outs would include running, biking, jogging, jumping-jacks, dancing, swimming, and anything else that can get your heart pumping. Mix up the work-outs becuase if you do the same thing every single day, your body will get used to it and stop losing weight. As far as the diet goes, eat about 1,800 calories a day. Make sure that you eat breakfast, a small snack, lunch, a small snack, and supper. Veggies and meats are good for a diet. Don't eat sweet stuff and not too much fruit because it has a lot of sugar. I hope that this works out for you.

What diet should I follow to lose 20kg in 40 days. I'm joining TCS and want to leave back the fat person behind so that is the only time I am having?

First of all, when it comes to weight loss, it can’t be achieved only on basis of diet. You need to introduce regular exercise too. And in your case, lot of it.Concentrate on loosing excess fat than loosing weight. As you have mentioned you are vegetarian, try to include vegetarian protein sources like Indian dal, almonds, spinach, tofu, curd, milk, beans and sprouts to your diet as you find comfortable.Follow these steps:Cut out on extra unhealthy calories if you are taking any. These includes all artificially sweetened products.Take proteins more frequently as they help burn more calories. It will also help in maintaining the muscle mass of the body. Roughly, you need 1gm of protein for 1kg of body weight. So if you weigh 60 kg, you need 60 gms of protein daily.Exercise regularly to burn the calories and have a good, toned body. Personally i would suggest you should do cardio more frequently. Do sit-ups, crunches, planks and weight training too.Prefer to take small meals every 2 hrs rather than taking 3 big meals a day. Preferably, your breakfast must be good enough and enriched with proteins and carbohydrates.Try to include more salad in your diet. Salads are loaded with dietary fibers which will keep you full for longer without starving.Give up juices. Juices are nothing but concentrated form of calories and devoid of dietary fibers.Remember, diets work only if you maintain it. Make dietary changes only when you are willing to maintain it lifelong or the weight which you have lost by starving yourself, will come back to you exponentially after you give up the diet.

Is it possible to lose 20 kgs in forty-five days?

Yes it is. Following a zero / low carb diet (go google “south beach”) you will most likely lose at least 10–15KG in the first 4 weeks. Some of it water weight, but most of it fat, depending on how sedentary and unhealthy fat you are. After that it goes slower.p.s. got fat again after one or two years, but now, after some years, as I’m older and less stupid I’ve been going to the gym regularly (3 times/week) for almost 2 years now. My body feels better now (mid thirties) than it did when I was in my fat mid-twenties. My eyesight is declining but the general health feeling is tons better and I mostly got rid of the awful migraines that were tormenting me when my concept of a healthy drink was having a coke zerop.s.2. It’s not going to look pretty. When I lost around 27kg in 3 months (less than 3 months actually), I got sagging skin. That will solve itself if you’re young (it did for me) but it took more than 6 months for the skin to start catching up and one year to resolve itself completely.
