Need To Lose Weight I Don

I need to lose weight FAST. ?

Limit your calories to 500 calories a day or less. If you feel that's too low, start with 800.
No fried foods. At all.
Steam all your vegetables.
Eat lots of fruits, but only 1 mango a day, if you do choose to eat mangoes.
Remember to count your calories even when you're eating fruits!
Eat celery, it's negative calorie so you actually burn more digesting it.
Don't eat after a certain time.
Yes, exercise will definitely help. 30-40 mins of bicycling would burn about 200 cals.
I think you should do about 100 push ups, and 100 sit ups a day.
Drink a ridiculous amount of water. Cold water, so your body burns calories.
Diet coke, if you feel the need for a flavoured drink.
No fruit juice or any kind of soda unless it's diet.
No carbohydrates like bread etc.
Exercise the first thing in the morning to kick start your metabolism.

If you do all that, yes you should be able to lose at least a pound a day. I lose about 2 pounds a day on average, until this winter season. No idea why. But it should work. Depends a lot on your metabolism as well. But good luck love! You can do it!!

Do you lose weight if you don't eat?

One way to lose weight is to just stop eating. It sounds simple, but in reality you have to know what you are doing to get any long term weight loss benefits from fasting. Let's look at the weakness and strengths of fasting for weight loss.Like most forms of dieting, fasting can be used to bring about dramatic but temporary reductions of weight. You can go on a long fast, taking nothing but juice or eating grapes or taking some other low calorie meal substitute for several weeks, and while you are on the fast you will certainly lose weight. However, during the fast you may not be able to carry on your normal social interactions. It's not so easy to sit around sipping carrot juice while the rest of your family is eating a normal meal.Another problem with long fasting is that your body requires vital nutrients (vitamins, minerals, protein) and your favorite juice may not contain them. Long fasting without proper medical supervision can be dangerous. Finally, a major problem with this kind of fasting is that once you stop fasting and resume eating your normal diet, you are likely to gain back all the weight that you have lost during your crash weight loss fast. So, does fasting have any place in a weight loss plan? Yes it does. Periodic fasting is one of the secrets of a long and healthy life. Our body's digestive organs require a rest from time to time, just as we require days off from work. One-day fasting done in a methodical and regular manner provides the kind of rest that helps our digestive system, aids in the elimination of toxins from our body, and, yes, also helps us to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable.Tips for weight loss

Don't want to lose weight, just tone?

Hey there,

In order to 'tone up' without changing your body weight too much, you need to get rid of some body fat stored and increase your lean body mass (muscle) size!

I can't assure you that you will stay the same weight, in fact, you may actually put on a little weight, but this is okay as it is healthy weight. Muscle weighs more then fat, so if you're replacing fat with muscle, you're probably going to put on weight.

In order to start losing some body fat, start walking 3 times a week, for about 30 minutes - an hour. Take your baby for a nice walk! You'll find you'll actually like it. I'm suggesting walking instead of running, because walking is a low intensity exercise. At low intensities, your body prefers to eat into your fat stores as a form of fuel.

So that's it for dropping fat, now for toning your lower body up!

Luckily, the areas you're looking to tone can be done outside of a gym. Here is a basic program I threw together for you:

Core (Abs and Obliques):

- Basic crunches (http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de... 3 sets of 15 reps with 1 minute rest in between.
- Standing side bends (http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de... 3 sets of 15 reps with 1 minute rest in between (if you don't have a dumbbell just grab something that's slightly heavy you can grab on to like a bag of flour)

Legs and butt:

- Lunges (http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de... 3 sets of 15 with 1 minute rest in between.
- Squats (http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/sit-squats) 3 sets of 15 with 1 minute rest in between.
- Butt Lift (http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/butt-lift-bridge) 3 sets of 15 with 1 minute rest in between

Upper Body: (I know you didn't list it, but you should not neglect parts of your body)

- Push ups - 3 sets of 10 with 1 minute rest in between
- Dips - 3 sets of 10 with 1 minute rest in between

Best of luck!

I want/need to lose weight, but I can't stop eating?

I'm fat. I know I am because I'm about 40-50 pounds overweight. I want to lose weight so bad and I try to eat well and exercise, but it's so difficult. The exercising part isn't too hard since I've found things I really like to do. But it's the eating that makes me so frustrated with myself.
For example, tonight at 10:30 I decided to eat a huge thing of nachos for no effing reason. I knew it wouldn't be a good idea, but the evil side of myself kept saying "don't worry, this will be the last time and you'll start eating good tomorrow". The moment I put the last chip in my mouth I absolutely regretted eating the nachos...
What can I do to stop this reoccurring cycle of bad eating habits?? This has been happening for the past 5 years and summer is approaching and I'm tired of seeing my downright ugly cottage cheese legs. Please, do you have any tips and suggestions? I really appreciate anything! And please don't just say "uh, just stop eating fatty". Trust me, I say that to myself everyday but it's obviously and sadly not working...
Thanks!

Wife wants to lose weight and I don't want her to?

My wife is a gorgeous, thick woman. She has big breasts, thighs, butt, softer midsection. She's been like this since we met and I absolutely love it. It's what immediately attracted me to her. She is also very active. She goes to the gym with me all the time, 5 days a week. She lifts weights, does the elliptical or walks on the treadmill. When it's warm, we like to go hiking or rent boats at a nearby lake and things like that. I am not chubby by any means. I'm a muscular guy, I try to keep my body fat low. But just because I'm this way does not mean at all that I want her to be really tiny like some of the other women at the gym. Thin women just do not do it for me at all, I never look twice at them. My wife was 5'2 and 145 lbs and has all of a sudden decided that she wants to lose like 25 pounds. I don't know why. We have a great relationship, great house, lots of friends and family, successful. I don't understand what is missing in her life that she feels like some big change is necessary. She says she'd feel more attractive and healthier. But she is already healthy and already perfect. We have a 7 year old daughter. Wife has lost 10lbs and I already feel she is less desirable. I really do not want her losing all this weight and looking like a stick and I can't help how I feel. People like what they like. She thinks that I will like it too once I adjust to it but I don't see that happening.
