How much more weight should I lose (pics)?

You already look great. Being size 1 is grim, you need something on you. Take this from a guy, your body is great, DO NOT TRY AND LOSE WEIGHT.

However, if you really do want to, then run. it's the best way, just gradually increase the time you run for and eat properly don't become malnourished because you will just look ill and become bloated!

Sleep well, too little spleep, and your body won't function and you'll gain and retain weight.

Do some cardio, like aerobics, dancing, cycling, swimming, running, long walks, elliptical bike (my favorite), karate, football, etc.

For boosting your weight loss, you can also include another healthy element that help you get weight loss in a very short time.
The protein is the only group of foods low in calories, which gives a feeling of fullness to the body without tiring.
When the human body has to extract calories from protein, it has to make a considerable effort, it means that the simple act of digesting causes the body to burn calories.
Keep in mind that the protein must be very low in fat, carbohydrates and sugar.

lol...lucky b/f...well your not fat. you are thick, theres a difference. if you feel like you should lose some weight and tone up, that can easily be done. especially since you already like to eat. with an active lifestyle and good eating habits (4-6 healthy meals a day), your metabolism will skyrocket and your body will adapt greatly to the exercises.

Is my maltese over weight? pics included!?

i have a four year old maltese and he weighs 6 kilograms which is 13.2 lbs. we went to the vet last year and he weighed 11 lbs then and the vet said to lose 2 lbs. but now he needs to lose 4! but i can feel his ribs PERFECTLY. i can even count them! he was always a big dog. he was bigger than his brothers&sisters and was the 'leader' of them. we have walked him during the summer EVERYDAY twice a day for at least an hour each. but he has not lost an ounce! he does not even eat his own food and sometimes we starve him because we know table food is going to gain him more lbs. but my mom is a softie so she secretly gives food sometimes. but not a huge bit.. just crumbs. idk how to lose my dogs lbs.. hes not HUGE but hes not skinny either. but i can feel his ribs! what is wrong with him? will my vet scold me when i talk about his obesity problems? we cannot walk him now because he hates snow and nj has been snowing alot lately.

Too fat?!? Loose weight..fast! (pictures)?

So, I think to get a full understanding of what im trying to accomplish you must see my body-type.
i very big boobs and a big butt for my age. I need GOOD excersizes to decrease the size.

I want to lose about 30 lbs. I am 5'9" and I want to lose the weight mainly on my butt and chest.

So many before and after pictures on losing weight are out there.  Has anyone here lost a lot of weight? How? Pictures also please.

I lost 24 Kgs back in 2003. I was 81 Kgs and reached 57 in around 10 months and yes, it was a successful new year resolution. At that time it was a HUGE achievement for me. The three key things that helped were persistence, patience and discipline. You don't need to go to fancy/premium gym's or expensive weight loss programs to achieve this. I went to a local vyayamshaala and paid Rs.130 a month as fees. I used to work out for an hour. This place was 2 KMs away from my home. I used to go jogging and come back walking after the work out. Apart from this. I also controlled on sweets, stopped eating fried and junk food, completely stopped drinking carbonated drinks reduced eating rice. I Started eating a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.There were many incidental benefits that were so amazing... There was tremendous boost in my self confidence, I was wearing clothes I could only wear in my dreams earlier. A lot of people who met me more than a year before failed to recognize me. I lost 8 inches from my waist and I had pants of all sizes from 38 waist to 30 waist. I was doing my full time MBA at that time and I became very popular in college :)Here is a pic of mine. I had created an ad of sorts with my before after pics just for fun. Our vyayamshaala instructor used to keep a printout this and show it to prospective members :)

This is me almost when I first started exercising and dieting.This is my now at 18% percent fat(I had dropped at 17% but I dropped the diet so I raised my fat a little)I still have a way to go, but for now I am preparing emotional for when I drop my carbs even more.Anyway good luck, be strong and love your body to anyone who wants to go through this road!
