Need To Lose Wieght In 3 Months

How much weight can you lose in 3 months?

The largest amount of weight for anyone to lose during that time period and still have it be safe would be around 30 pounds. But you definitely don't need to lose that much. You're already at a perfect weight, so if you just want to slim down a tad you can lose 10 pounds. You can easily do this by eating about 1400 calories a day and exercising a little.

Need to lose 30 pounds in 3 months?

You're not eating enough and your body is storing fat. You have to start the fire in the morning (which you're doing) and keep it burning all day. Right now your throwing some wood on and letting it smolder until the afternoon...

Try to eat every 2-3 hours. A yogurt, some almonds, fruit, cottage cheese, etc. At dinner time have some protein - fish, chicken and some veggies. Don't eat before bed and remember to drink lots of water.

For exercise take the stairs when possible, if you catch the bus walk to the next stop past yours to catch it, put some music on your iPod and take a walk before bed.

It's really not that hard, it just takes discipline. Get a little book and set some goals. Track your progress. Make it like a game.

Hope that helps.

I need to loose wieght in 3 months HELP!!?

Well first of all, you must start NOW. Don`t keep hesitating or keep repeating in your mind that you've gotta lose weight in 3 months. That won`t get you anywhere. First off, eat two times a day. Otherwise, start fasting. When you eat you're meals, make sure you're eating something with not a lot of carbs. Don`t buy food when you're really hungry because it will persuade you to eat foods with more fats in it. Cut down the portion of the food on you're plate. Think of you're plate before, now imagine eating half of that. That`s probably all you should eat, even smaller than that would be better. Don`t watch the food network. Next, you've gotta work out. Do an activity that you know will get you hot and sweaty. Do it EVERYDAY and I mean that. Don`t procrastinate, or you'll definetely fail you're goal. 3 months is a lot for this, and you should be able to do it in time. Go get a personal trainer, eat right, and do what you gotta do to lose all those fats. Otherwise, go get a liposuction which is probably not the greatest choice. Good luck! =]

Can I lose 80 pounds in 3 months?

Of course you can, and with minimal effort too. Do my diet, and you'll lose at LEAST 1/2 a pound to 2.5lbs a day. This is my diet:

1) From 11am-1pm, eat 300 calories or less. This is like a 1-person size bag of pretzels or a plain sandwich.

2) From 5-6pm (or 5 hours before you go to sleep) eat something that is about 1,000 calories or less. This is like the Original whopper combo from burger king w/o cheese, and regular size.

3) Get a full night's sleep.

That's it! No snacking at all, or you'll mess everything up. You don't have to excerise, but it will help. You can try it tomorrow. Do it for 1 day and you'll see results the next day. When you wake up tomorrow, weigh yourself wearing as little as possible AND after using the bathroom to get an acurate weight. Then do my diet. The next day, weigh yourself the same way, and you'll see the weight loss. You don't have to diet for a long time to see results.

The calorie thing isn't hard, just check the calories on the stuff, and add it up to what it needs to be. I personally like to eat out just because I can go to the fast-food place's website and add up the calories for the combos. There's obviously healthier foods to eat than fast food.

One healthy alternative I like is the #1 combo from El Pollo Loco. It has 2 breasts (eat them skinless), 1 wing, 2 tortillas, 2 sides (mashed potatoes x2), and a regular soda. The healthier you eat, the more you can eat and still be under 1,000 calories. The only hard part about this diet is being hungry a lot (which you can fix by drinking lots of water) AND being disciplined enough to keep doing it.

One more tip: If you want an extra boost of weight loss AND strength gain, I recommend doing the Static Contraction Training program by Pete Sisco. You literally only have to work out 1 day a week. You will get strong really fast, AND lose fat (as long as you stay on my diet). There's a book at Barnes & noble that goes for about $20 with tax. They usually only have one copy.
