Need Your Help On Finding New Music

Need help finding the name of a song from a music video?

Me and my friend were watching MTV music vids about a year ago.. and we saw this one where it starts off like a guy and a girl wake up and get out of bed and then they retrace their steps throughout the video and pick up their clothes on the way... Towards the end they walk back into a music store and pick up their baskets and walk away from each other.. It was soo good but neither of us remember how the song goes or the name of the band and we really want to watch it again.. If anyone knows what I'm talking about your help would be greatly appreciated :)

Help finding upbeat electronic music!?

Hi,

I am new to electronic music. I have heard dubstep and house and while some of it is alright i really don't much like the really heavy stuff. To me it just seems less beat oriented and more distortion and trying to throw a lot of base in there. I am always open for suggestions for that too ;)
But i would like to hear some suggestions for artists and individual songs that have really upbeat, light sounding electronic music that make you move your head and smile. Any help is appreciated
Thank you!

I need help finding a song title EDM?Techno? Club music?

I need help finding a song title EDM?Techno? Club music?
I can’t remeber the name of a song. It’s kindof techno/EDM and I believe it has a black and white music video. It goes something like, “I don’t care what people say, baby I don’t care. Makes no difference anyway, baby I don’t care. Cause I’m freakin with, freakin with it”. Help, I’ve searched everything!

How do you find new music to listen to?

New music is pretty easy to find nowadays.Apps like Spotify already “suggest” you a lot of music and artists based on your listening history.Image source: Spotify vs. Soundcloud: What Is The Best Platforms For Music Lovers? However, being this big music nerd, I personally like spending hours and digging deep on SoundCloud to find hidden gems and artists.I just love it when I find an artist who has a couple hundred followers, making insanely good music!I started with using a lot of Soundcloud to discover artists and music in the “recommended” section and then going down the spiral from there on.I also spend a lot of time on Youtube, where music channels like Soundisstyle and Majestic Casual are exceptional music curators and do a great job of recommending some of the best new music out there. The key to finding good music is that you need to have an open ear. You don’t have to be judgemental about music or confine yourself to this “genre wall”. Good music is good music, irrespective of the artist or genre.BTW, all this music digging since childhood inspired me to start my own music channel on Youtube. I spend all of my weekends and late nights on Soundcloud, curating and searching for only the best and lesser known talent from around the world. You should definitely check out and subscribe :)My Music Channel : BEATMATCH

How do you find new music or a new artist?

There are what I could think ofThe first one is YoutubeWhy? It is by far the easiest way to search for new musicYou can simply search for new music (example search indie music for independent artist or new music this week for famous singers new song). And best of all its freeThere are also alot of channel that features new artist regularly such as Futurism and NCS.The second being SpotifySpotify have ALOT (and let me emphasis on that) ALOT of playlist that highlights new music. There is new music Fridays which is excellent for finding new music plus they also have remix for old songs that is new release. They also have a wide variety of genre of music, so it is pretty diverse selection. Spotify also have a viral 50 by country playlist that is great for searching new songs. Other than that, they also have playlist of new songs based on genre such as fresh electronic that is updated often. If you are impatient of listening to the playlist one by one (like me sometimes), you could always narrow down your search. For example, you like rock music, narrow your search to new rock music. Maybe a fan of instrumental, search best new instrumental. But if you have time to spare try listening to the diverse playlist, who knows you might find a new and exciting genre. Both youtube and Spotify have the option of skipping the song, so you quickly browse through new songs and artist to find what you like. These two website or apps are great because if you have any song you like just save the song using the features they have. But you do need to sign in for Spotify.Sorry if there is any mistake in grammar.Hope this helps :)

I can't find sheet music for a song, help please?

You should be able to find a copy through one of your local shops, that sells instruments, and gives lessons. Sheet music purchased through a shop will be accurate, and correctly scored versus what you may get from someone on the internet, or through websites.
