I can't connect my PC with WiFi but my phone is connected. What is the problem? Is it with my WiFi or my PC?
Recently I have faced the exact problem in my PC. Can't connect to routerlogin.net?
I tried to get into my networks settings by going to routerlogin.net but when I try it says: You are not connected to your Router’s WiFi network. To access routerlogin.net, your device must be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. Check your current connection and try again. I am connected to my network because it says NETGEAR now (used to be something else but was factory reset).I even tried a wired connection, but still nothing. If anything it still shows my old SSID when I wired connect to it. How can I connect to my routers network? Or even better is there any way to make my Routers Netgear settings private so I can change the nae and give it a password without going to routerlogin.net?

Wireless connection is connected but no internet?
the reason you cant connect is Microsoft in their wisdom changed the way that Vista connects to routers (and some routers don't comply properly)and you are not been given an IP address from the router what you have to do is fix the ip address on the laptop thats in the range of the router if your routers ip address is 192.168.1.1 give the pc an address in its range ie 192.168.1.105 submask 255.255.255.0 gateway (router ip) ie 192.168.1.1 dns server (router ip) ie 192.168.1.1 if you set this it will connect but you wil have to clear them for other wireless networks not on the same range (complicated isn't it) that or get a newer router

May be you have to login to wifi so that you will get internet access.For example - if you are using ACT internetOnce you connect to wifi it will show you have internet but you cannot browse.For this you have to open browser goto http://portal.acttv.in and login with your userid and password . You may register if you are first time user.Once you login successfully you will be able to access all the sites.This is just an assumption , It may be a different issue as well. Can't connect wiressley to internet on my laptop at home but CAN connect at PANERA BREAD? wuts up with that?
OK well i got a laptop. When i use it wirelesley at home , it says conencted and signal is good but when i open internet explorer it says page can not be displayed but when i go to panera bread it says connected and ii'am able to go on internet explorer and surf the web ....so what does that mean? Does that mean i need like a router or something or what? Will give you 5 points whoever answers this correctly?
