There is but it’s really small. With modern graphics and games with pulse-pounding action, text adventures or interactive fiction isn’t really popular anymore. Visual novels are popular in Japan but outside have a pretty niche market, same with solely text adventure games. People still buy them, but they don’t sell well. Gamers prefer to play the latest Call of Duty or GTA, not Zork or Muv-Luv.I guess people don’t like to read anymore.

Oh boy! I used to play a lot of text adventure games when I was young. I always wondered how these things worked. The fact is its really simple.If you are using python you can do it by using if/elif/else statements.
