So, I'm getting my guitar tomorrow (acoustic) and I wondered what songs would be easy to play first. I've been getting lessons at school and I'm going to carry them on, so I know some chords. But I wondered what song I could try and learn first. I like artists such as Taylor Swift, McFLY, Adele, The Wanted, One Direction and Miley Cyrus. I'm not really bothered if its any of there songs(though I would like it to be) it can be anyone really. I'd like a song with a few amount of chords and chord changes that are quite far apart, because i'm really not that good yet. I don't want a song that has to change chord on nearly ever word. Slow blues songs for guitar?
I'm trying to fins new songs to play on guitar. I want to find some nice slow blues songs. The ideal song would be like Slow Dancing in a Burning Room. What are some easy rock songs to play on a classical guitar?
"Smoke on the Water" by Deep Purple is always learned on Acoustic/classical first. It's really easy. Also, the intro to Led Zeppelins "Stairway to Heaven" can be learned on acoustic/classical. Ozzy Osbourne's "Dee" is a great instrumental to learn. And Bruce Dickinson's "Tears of the Dragon" is also a great song to learn on Acoustic/Classical. Also, almost anything by Eric Clapton, i would try out "Change the World" or "Tears in Heaven"
