Girls do you like guys with button down dress shirts?

Snap down shirts are so cheap, they just don't seem classy in any way. And girls do love classy men. They do seem easier to rip off, but a button down can be more romantic, the way I see it. Instead of just ripping it, the girl can take off button by button while giving a passionate kiss. I find button down shirts to look fancier and make a person just...i don't know I'm attracted to button downs :)

I love a guy in a button down shirt, personally. I do think most women do, too. Often I think I am very lucky that I go to a uniformed school, where button down shirts are mandatory, and I get to see my bf all fancy.

Button down, hands down :)
Hope this helped

Where can I get quality men’s button-up shirts for tall and slim men that aren’t over $100 per shirt? I’ve been using Express button-ups for the tall/slim fit, but I’d prefer a better quality.

It depends on how slim you’re looking for, but if you live in the US and you’re like me, even the most tailored fits most brands offer still don’t quite cut it. I suggest you lean toward international retailers. The least expensive suggestion I can make is Uniqlo. I am constantly raving about the quality they offer at such a low price, and I still have yet to be disappointed. I am tall and thin, and most of the clothing I’ve purchased there fits me perfectly straight off the rack. Their slim fit shirts will cost you around $30.I’ve also ordered a number of shirts from Coton Doux, a brand based in Paris. Their shirts come out to about $80 USD. You have to pay for international shipping, but they often have deals if you buy multiple shirts that would put the cost per shirt well under your budget. One word of warning: returns are not free, and the cost to send a single garment back to Paris for a refund probably won’t be worth it. Make sure you order the correct size. The only suggestion I can make beyond that is to get your clothing tailored. Finding a great tailor can be a big time investment, but once you find someone that produces good work at a reasonable price, you can stop sweating the fit so much and buy things on the cheap, knowing that your tailor will nip it in to the perfect measurements. I have a friend that buys thrift store shirts for $10 or $20 and has them turned into expertly-fit contemporary garments; the fee he pays for tailoring still keeps the total cost reasonable, and he gets a nearly-bespoke garment out of it.

What are some examples of good-looking button up shirts?

Everyone's body type is different, so always take someone's brand recommendation with a grain of salt. What works for them won't necessarily work for you. Here are some things to look at when you're buying shirts:1. Neck size. Can you button up the top button of your shirt. If not, then the shirt is too small (or your neck is just huge, but either way, the shirt doesn't fit).2. Sleeve length. When your sleeve is buttoned up, it should hit you half an inch or so below your wrist (see photo). If it's at your wrist, the sleeves are too short.3. Shoulder seam. The seams of the shirt should right before it reaches the outside of the shoulders.4. Shirt Length. For casual shirts that you want to wear both tucked or untucked, you'd want to go for a length that is two or three inches below the top of your pants. You don't want it so long that it covers your entire front zipper area, but you don't want it to be too short so that whenever you move, you'll show off some midrif. 5. Chest. You want to make sure the chest fits so that when you move (or sit), it won't pull too much at the buttons around the chest. If you get a lot of pulling there, that means the shirt is too tight. There is slight pulling in the picture below. To solve this, either stop benching at the weight room or size up (while making sure everything else fits).6. Slim fit. All the photos above are from different brands, but they're all pretty slim. See this blog post about slim fit shirts: Why you should wear fitted clothingIn summary, try out a bunch of different brands until you find one that you are the most comfortable with, keeping in mind the 6 points I listed above.

Where to find cute, nice, cheap graphic t-shirts? BESIDES WALMART/TARGET?

I'm really into graphic t-shirts and more casual clothing, but I can't ever find anything I actually like at walmart or target. And I don't have a lot of money. I need some stores where my dad can take me to get nice clothing that i can wear to school and graphic t-shirts and really nice jeans.

Where can I buy well-fitting, casual button-up shirts?

Nick is right that you should have all your shirts tailored, but he doesn't go far enough: just have your shirts made for you. This is not actually much more expensive (and can actually be cheaper) than buying shirts off-the-rack and tailoring them:A Brooks Brothers slim fit shirt is going to cost you $50 at a minimum, and more likely around $80. You'll spend $10 - 20 getting it tailored. You could wear it casually, but it's meant to be tucked in, which limits your casual options.A casual shirt from a place like Zara is going to run you $50 - 100 as well. You'll still probably need some tailoring on it, and it's probably in a fabric / cut / collar type that make it inappropriate to wear in a formal environment - this means you'll need to go to Brooks Brothers for your formal shirts (even if you don't work in a formal environment, you'll want at least a few formal shirts for, e.g., weddings).Meanwhile, if you were making shirts for yourself, you could design them to be appropriate for both environments. E.g., I have my shirts made with a mild spread collar, barrel cuffs (so I can roll them up), relatively short (so they don't need to be tucked in), and in patterns that are somewhere between boring white and blue, and crazy stripes. I'm perfectly comfortable wearing them with a suit in court, and also wearing the shirt, untucked, with jeans. This means all my shirts do double-duty, and they effectively replace two off-the-rack shirts. As for tailoring cost, there's a lot of variation, but generally you should be able to get shirts made from a local tailor in the US for less than $200, online for less than $50, and in Asia for as low as about $10. Compared to the scenario above, this is already a win; if you compare to higher-end shirts, like Thomas Pink, it's no contest.
