No Matter What I Eat I Don

No matter how much I eat I don't get full?

There are a lot of reasons this things could happen. One reason could be the fact that you suddenly change your diet. Your body is not used to digest so fast such big amount of foods if it was used with less for a long period of time, specially that you say you eat a lot of sweets. Try to eat a bit healthier, more fibers and salads. I know chocolate and sweets taste very good, but substitute them with fruits or carrots. That dulcolax didn't work after a while, it is normal because the body gets use to it. Try not to take pills too often, it is not healthy for your body.
Now let's see about the reason you started to eat so much. Yes, stress might be a reason to eat more, but there could be also others like depression or some health problems (parasites maybe). If changing the diet is not working please go to a doctor, just to be sure everything is ok. Good luck!

Why am I thin no matter how much I eat?

EasyThere is one thing you aren’t doing. If you do this one thing you will increase in size and mass. The one thing you need to do is…EAT MOREIf you aren’t gaining any weight or size it is only because of this one factYou are not eating enoughYou could be eating 6 pancakes, 12 eggs and 6 peices of bacon for breakfast. 3 turkey sandwiches with fries and 2 apples for lunch. 4 peices of salmon, a sirloin steak and 2 cups of veggies with dinner. If you aren’t gaining weight from eating all that it is because of one reason and one reason only. You are not eating enoughWhatever you are eating you need to eat way more than that to gain weight. You may think it is a lot or enough to gain the weight you want but it is not.I used to be thin like you not too long ago. Only when I was called thin I was called in ways like rail, string-bean, pencil, stick and many others. When I decided I wanted to gain weight through weight training I increased my daily caloric intake. I thought I was eating enough to gain weight.I was so wrong. You have to train your body to eat more. And with any training comes practice and with practice comes pains and repitition. There was times I needed to force feed myself, seriously. I would throw the food in my mouth to the point of almost throwing up.It gets hard. But sometimes that is what it takes and if you are serious enough and want it bad enough, you will sacrifice for it and get it done.Just knowYou won’t be eating for the flavor or the convenience or comfort or celebration…You will be eating for THE RESULTA great way to get started is to take your body weight and times it by 20.Ex. You weigh 180 x 20 = 3,200 cal/dayDoesnt matter how you get it in. 3 meals, 6 meals. Just worry about getting the calories in.Your body will get used to that enormous volume of food after some time. But first you have to go through the training, practice and the repitition.Best of luck to you

I don't get fat no matter how much I eat. Is there any thing wrong with my metabolism?

I have the same problem. I am well over six feet tall and weigh about 160 lbs. I have a strange sort of metabolism, no matter how much I eat, or how little, my weight rarely changes.People always told me that my metabolism would slow down once I got older. Nope, not yet. I did gain twenty pounds when I quit smoking six years ago, but then, I lost that gain and am back to 160. I am in my fifties, and still skinny as a rail. When people give me shit about it, I tell them they are just jealous because they are fat. :)With all the heavyset people in the world, you and I have it made. If we could bottle our metabolism, we’d be rich, as the annual spending amount on diets in the US is over 60 billion dollars a year. You might want to get checked out by a doctor to see if your BMI is within nominal range and have a blood test to see if your numbers are where they should be.

Why do I never feel full no matter how much I eat?

No matter how I eat, I won't gain weight, why?

So the key to gaining back that 2-3 lbs that you want is this:

1st) Figure out about how many calories you burn in the average day, there are formulas for this or you can use a heart rate monitor that tracks calories
2nd) Eat 500 more calories per day than what you burn in your typical day. But make sure these calories come from healthy sources, fruits, veggies, chicken and other lean protiens, nuts, etc.

If you eat 500 more calories per day than what you burn you will put on about 1lb per week, 3500 cals = 1lb. If you do some strength training along with it you can make that weight good muscle weight instead of fat.

:) Don't just try to eat fatty greazy foods to put on weight since that wont work (and although tasty isn't good for you). Go for high calorie high nutrition food options!

Why some people no matter what they eat don’t put weight on while I have to be very careful otherwise I gain weight immediately? Does it have anything to do with metabolism?

There are a few reasons for the phenomenon you have mentioned, yet one must understand that there are no people who do not fall under the laws of physics. Energy consumed must either be burned or stored, it cannot simply disappear. That being said, here’s why some people can eat more1. Genetics. If you remember the really popular topic about body types a few years ago, when people were classified as ecto-,meso or endomorphs, which was later disproved, but basically the theory divided humans in three body types with different characteristics. If the average human needs 2000kcal/day to survive, there is 15% standart deviation, which means 66% of people would need between 1700 and 2300 kcal/day and 97% -between 1400 and 2600. As you can see, the last 3% may need significantly more or significantly less.2. Exercise and general activity levels can greatly influence daily caloric requirements, up to 95% according to most sources. Then again, the people who burn that many calories are not that many at all. Even professional athletes don’t require that much food(excluding strenght atheletes) as their bodies adapt to the stress and become more efficient at absorbing nutrients over time.3. Hormonal diseases, mainly hypo and hyperthyroidism. The T4 hormone has almost ultimate control over the metabolism, therefore can affect calories spent greatly.4. Last but not least, they might not be eating as much as you think they are :)
