Nokia Phone Play Music To Loudspeaker

How can I convert my smartphone into an instant mic/speaker combination?

I am assuming you want to convert your phone as a MIC which is connected to external speaker via Wire or Bluetooth.Because if you use same phone as a MIC and speaker i.e get real-time audio output from phone speaker of what you are speaking through the MIC. Audio output won’t make sense for long as noise would amplify in a feedback loop. Mobile phones mic are more sensitive to nearby audio, so if audio source is near the MIC (as in case where MIC and speaker are of same phone), there would be too much noise. To convert your smartphone into a MIC i.e use your phone as a MIC and its connected to earphone or some external speaker via wire or Bluetooth. There is an App on Play Store Phone Mic - Use Phone as Mic for Loudspeakers - Apps on Google Play, You can convert your phone into MIC using this app.In app settings, there is also option to record the audio in real-time in mp3 format. There is Equalizer functionality too by which you can modify some frequency components of your speech in real-time i.e you can make your voice shrill or heavy. Pretty cool right!!There is still a drawback, the audio output lags about 1 second. Audio output would follow your speech after 1 second. This is due to the software limitation as audio is sampled at 44.1KHz. This much audio buffer is handled for recording and playing simultaneously. So this much delay is tolerable. Well you can try the app and see for yourself.Phone Mic - Use Phone as Mic for Loudspeakers - Apps on Google Play

Is it safe to listen to music on my phone while it's charging?

As for safety it is quite safe to use your phone when charging, so listening to music is also safe. But always check if your phone is heating up unusually, if it starts to heat up, stop charging and let your phone rest for a while then continue charging after it cools down, if the heating up is very frequent and the heat is weirdly hot you should consult to your phone seller/provider.Batteries in phones grows in size a bit when in stress, charging and using it will definitely put a load on the battery a bit more than when you only charge it. Remember the Note7’s accident, it is claimed that lack of space for the battery to expand causes the explosion, so one thing you can do is to remove any needless pressure from your phone during charging.Hope it helps.

Nokia e65, General System Error

I have a 3 month old nokia e65. Sometimes and most of the times when i try to make calls it says general system error and turns of. Also sometimes the loudspeaker doesnt work and i have to also sometimes dial the number instead of just looking up my contact to call it doesnt work???!

Is the Nokia XpressMusic 5130 worth buying?

No, don't buy it please. Even if you're only after the XpressMusic feature of the phone (I mean music wise). One reason: the phone doesn't have a loudspeaker for playing music. You'll only be able to enjoy the music via a headphone or by plugging it into an external speakers. The phone also has poor video quality, which is good only for sending mms videos. Trust me, my friend has one. Though it's cheap, you'll not be able to love it. Thanks and good luck.

Does music consume your battery?

Yes it does. It takes energy to create sound - sound is essentially a bunch of vibrations, i.e. mechanical energy. Be it a loudspeaker or a headphone/earphone set, the same electrical energy --> mechanical energy transition occurs. This electrical energy your phone stores is what you know as your "battery charge"There is no way around this - you are going to lose energy and according to the laws of physics you cannot escape doing so. You can use more efficient headphones - not necessarily the same as better-effect or newer headphones. Creating sonic effects can use more energy. More efficient headsets ensure that more of your charge lost is used to create sound energy and less is lost as heat energy - which is useless to us. Also try to listen to more offline music when you go out. Using the internet drains your battery. Listen to audio files - videos use more energy.

I,ve nokia n70 the battery is empty every 1.5 day?

Its a normal thing with the N70 for the battery to drain within barely 1 day. The N70 is a feature-packed phone that consumes a lot of battery power to run applications.

Making calls frequently drains the battery very fast. Also, if you play songs on loudspeaker, see videos or use Bluetooth/infrared frequently, the battery drains off soon.

The battery life will be affected when you use the phone to connect to the Internet. This drains as power in the same way making a call drains the battery. If you are connected to GPRS or 3G all the time this can have an impact on standby time.

There isn't much you can do, but here are a few tips:

-Make sure you close each application after opening it. Some applications don't close by pressing the red button or 'Close' option. They continue running in the background and consume battery power. To prevent this, press and hold the 'Menu' button for a few seconds. A small vertical menu will pop up at the left upper corner of the screen displaying all the open applications. Scroll to each application and press the 'C' button on the keypad to exit.

-You can decrease the brightness of the screen to gain a bit more battery. Go to Menu -> Tools -> Settings -> Phone -> Display -> Brightness and set it to minimum.

-Also, you can decrease the Light time-out to 5 seconds so that the screen back light doesn't remain on for too long. Do it from Menu -> Tools -> Settings -> Phone -> Display -> Light time-out.

-Disable the default N70 screensaver. Go to Menu -> Tools ->Themes . Scroll to the theme you're currently using. Click options -> Edit -> Power saver. set the power saver to show 'Date and time' instead of the screensaver.

-Switch bluetooth off when not in use.

-Listen to music on the headset rather than the loudspeaker.

Thses are small tips that may just show a meagre increse in battery life.
But, don't worry about the low battery life. Its normal. There's nothing wrong with your phone.

Hope that helps
