What exactly do Baby Painted Turtles Eat?
Ok I was at my friends house and we went to her lake i seen a baby painted turtle so i grabbed it he was alone so i decided to take him home its been about 2 days now and i haven't gave him anything to eat my friend has an adult turtle and he eats lettace but i dont no if baby turtles can he is about the size of a nickel and i want him to live...But what do they eat?
Mother cat hates being locked in room?
Do all these cats get along otherwise? If they do, I see no reason you should have to actually close a door between them. Put her and the kittens in a quiet spot and leave her be. She might move them to where she feels safest, but that is normal and not usually because of the other cats if they get along. If they get too close she will take care of them, but I would watch for a couple of days just to be sure. I have only had one cat that got antsy when the other cats were around her kittens, but even then they didn't fight(mama cat would fidget and watch but not attack).

I used to have a pretty bad cockroach problem. I hated having roaches so much. It's not only disgusting but it's embarrassing when you have guests over and they see them. I used this Cockroach Gel Bait to finally get rid of those nasty critters.Even moving TWICE didn't get rid of them and we threw a lot of our stuff away. All it takes is a few hiding in your furniture and a few months of breeding and your house will be infested again. So that gel bait was a life saver.I've used various roach killing products on the market and each time, the bastards came back but once I used that gel bait, they finally vanished from my home and life. The sprays really only kill the ones you see so you'll have a lot that are hiding in dark corners that will automatically breed and produce even more roaches. Also, it's quite hard to get the ones that hide behind kitchen cabinets or stoves. You basically have to rip all that out to find them.With the gel bait, you don't need to find them. You give them the poison and they bring it back to their army. I'm not exactly sure how those gel baits work but when you use them, be prepared to see a bunch of dead roaches. You'll likely need to use it a few times to get every last one of them. Roaches basically eat these things and bring them back to their layer and that's when the killing really begins. I don't know what's in those things but roaches love them.Being cockroach free makes coming home much more delightful. Gone are the days where I would come home, turn on the lights, and see dozens of roaches scattering back into their hide outs. They're resilient I give them that which is why their species have been around from thousands of years. It's their ability to quickly multiple that gives them the survivor's edge. Roaches can produce 300 - 400 offspring. Other species of cockroaches, however, can produce far more eggs; in some cases a female needs to be impregnated only once to be able to lay eggs for the rest of her life!By the way, some roaches can fly! Scary, right?Anyway, give the gel bait a try. I don't know if it'll work for everyone but it certainly did the trick for me. DOWN WITH COCKROACHES!!!
I have a two-month-old cat and I feed it dry food. Is this enough?
Several vets have told me cats should eat wet food. I serve mine wet in the morning and dry at night. The dry food gets dispensed automatically, from a feeder, which is convenient if I want to stay out late. If you decide to feed yours wet food, you may go through what I did. My little guys were previously owned by someone who only gave them kibbles. When I offered them pate, they turned up their cute little noses. After lots of experimentation, I discovered they'd eat fish but not chicken or beef. So try a bunch of different foods. You'll probably find one they like. Cats shouldn't eat fish all the time, so I solved the problem by buying both fish and chicken pate, which I mixed together. I started with 50% of each, and they ate it. Over the past couple of weeks, I've been gradually decreasing the amount of fish. It looks like I'll be able to wean them off it, soon. Look for brands that say "No grain" on them. You probably won't be able to find them in the average supermarket. You'll have better luck online or at a pet store. Here's an example of the sort of food to look for: Amazon.com : Wellness Canned Cat Food, Chicken Recipe, 3-Ounce Cans, Pack of 24 : Canned Wet Pet Food : Pet Supplies. Most of the brands you hear about (from aggressive marketing campaigns) are basically junk food: 9 lives, wiskas, etc. Avoid. And if you keep any wet food in the fridge, make sure you warm it before serving it to them. It can be tricky to find the right temperature. Most cats won't eat it too cold or too warm. It should "dead mouse" temperature.

How do I get rid of house lizards without killing them?
Lizards may look yucky to you.. but they are very helpful in keeping you away from insects by eating them. But if you anyway cant stand lizards(some one like me) try to follow below steps1. Paint all you house. All lizard will run away.2. To prohibt them come back, try and keep doors closed. Close door immediately when you go out in balcony and dont make room for them.3. Keep house clean - spider webs, mosquitos and cockroaches are loved by lazards. if they will not find anything to feed on they will eventually walk away from home looking for food. Cockroaches are the reason why lizards sometime reach to floor... :-(One trick - Use laser light beam (the ones we used in childhood) spot them on a wall, lizards will think its an insect. Slowly move it out of the room and lizard will follow :-) Caution - Dont spray hit direct on lizard. Do you feel bad for killing insects?
Insects have no cognitive awareness, so I don't have any guilt feelings. While Buddhists avoid unnecessary killing, it can be difficult to draw a line. Does it bother you to kill the lettuce in your salad? What about the insects eating your garden vegetables? Is it O.K. to catch fish? What about game? What about mass-produced chickens? My thoughts are that individuals are less important than populations. Mourning doves have a life expectancy of about 18 months on average, whether or not they are hunted. Therefore, if the can be killed humanely and legally, and the meat isn't wasted, there isn't anything to feel guilty about.
