May I suggest that this question misuses the concept of influence without being perceived to be anti-Bieber? It would be easy to be seen as dismissing Bieber as an artist, which I do, but the misuse of influence here is two-fold. On the one hand, it suggests that Bieber's managed presence on various social networks is influential, that it constitutes influence -- it is a very limited form of influence, if influence at all. He's effectively marketed through social media. He has not ignited any changes in social behavior. He has generated revenue, but so did The Monkees without breaking any new ground in music while mimicking The Beatles in Help! and A Hard Days Night on their TV show.On the other hand, the question's wording suggests that Bieber is influential within social media -- that he has influence over social media strategy or trends, which he does not. I'm not aware of Bieber the investor or even as an early adopter of social media tools. He may be a powerful follower of trends, a trend-maker himself, perhaps, but he isn't a social media influencer.Bieber is not influential. Bieber is popular.

Do you think some celebrities are putting bad influence towards kids?
Only because the parents have abdicated their rights and powers to being parents and opting to be friends or the cool parents...when we have mothers and fathers that allow children to have sex in their home, strippers and alcohol at parties for underage kids, engage in relationships with the friends of their children..well those parents are on a par with the celebrities you mentioned..if you are not standing up to be a parent then those outside, unsettling forces become the quasi-parents giving reluctant or passive parents the troubled kids they deserve.
