Ok I Want To Be A Model For Target And I Completed A Modleing Academy And Graduated Im About To

What does "years completed" mean?

Hi, there:

If you graduated, for years completed, you can just put the "normal" amount of years it would take to achieve that certification. For example, if you've graduated high school, just say "4" under "years completed" and then "yes" under "did you graduate?" In my opinion, you can do the same thing even if you got a GED or finished it in more than 4 years. If you finished in less than 4 years, you might want to put the "real" number since it might sound more impressive.

Another common question is "how many years of schooling have you had?" or variations. Once you hit college or post-graduate work, it becomes silly to calculate it, but when I'm asked that, I just take K-high school (12 years) plus college (4 years) plus graduate school (2 years) and list that total number. All in all, I've probably been in school longer (extra classes, school for fun, etc.) but I figure they just want to know a target number so they have an idea of how educated I am.

Good luck on your job search.

I want to get into modeling!! (14 yrs old)

you should look out for any open calls on agency's.
never pay to be in an agency. you should go to a modeling school to really educate you in the modeling world. I don't know if they have one in Canada but John Casablancas is a really good modeling school. i'm in it now.We learn nhow to do different runway walks, how to pose, how to do ur own make-up for photo-shoots, we even had two photo shoots to show us how it will be on a real modeling job. and the pictures we take can go in our portfoloi's. After u have completed the classes, u are garenteed into the modeling agency MTM.

what ever you do, always make sure ur parents are with you on ur auditions and interviews 'cause ur underaged. most agency's, if there legit, will require it anyway.

Thanks for A2A! 1. Sylvester Stallion was 31 when he was at the border of the rope and had to make a major decision. He chose to act in a porn film rather than robbing someone! 2. J K Rowling wrote the first edition of Harry Potter for over 5 years and was rejected by 12 publishers and she was unknown till she was 32!3. Harrison Ford was unknown till he did American Graffiti. He was then 32!4. YOU! Yeah.. You are asking this question because deep inside your heart, you know that you're not too late! What can you do? Graduation is merely a ceremony if you don't do it with interest. Go for it if you really wish for. Else, here are some good ideas for you to get started :1. Think and fix a skill. Learn it and pursue it. Skill can be carpentry, plumbing, electrical fixing, driving, etc. You'll earn moderately. But you'll have great satisfaction doing the work you like. 2. Startups! If you're brave enough, invest some money and start a business. The government has a lot of schemes supporting startups and you have a great chance if you work hard. 3. Be innovative. The world of internet provides you a lot of opportunities if you can come up with cool thoughts. This can be a good website or an android app or a YouTube channel! Think smart and act swift. Don't waste a single moment. Because I'll never say that 27 is early. But it's not late either.

I'm a 17 year old female, can I be a nude model for a college art class?

Almost all minors under the age of 18 are subject to California’s child labor protections. Under the California Labor Code, "minor" means any person under the age of 18 years who is required to attend school under the provisions of the Education Code, and includes minors under age six. The Labor Code definition means, for example, that high school graduates under the age of 18, who are not subject to the compulsory education laws, are entirely excluded from permit requirements, workhour restrictions, and all occupational prohibitions. However, under federal regulation high school graduates may not be employed in an occupation prohibited to minors under 18 unless they have also completed a bona fide course of training in that occupation [29 CFR 570.50]. (This section is concerned with hazardous occupations such as mining, milling, etc. No mention of modeling there.)

So from this we can conclude that you are not required to get a work permit, nor are you barred from this job under the CFR.

The only references in the California Code that I can find apply to "displaying the nude body for lewd and lascivious purposes," and artistic modeling has long been found NOT to be lewd or lascivious in nature. It appears that nudity is permissible in the "visual and performing arts," and there is no mention of age limits. (Cal. Admin. Code tit. 5, § 100011)

There may be local statutes that apply, but the University ought to know if there are.

Frankly, I don't think it is illegal, but that won't stop some authoritarian cop from barging in and arresting everyone if he gets off on that sort of thing. But I expect that this is nothing that hasn't been done before at the school, and it is no big deal.

When I turned 27 I was:Unemployed, had been for a yearSleeping on a friend's couchPainfully singleWondering if it was too lateI had:No hard skillsNo work experience worth repeatingCollege grades that didn't open grad school doors I wanted to walk throughScant motivationNo directionI asked my dad for advice and he said: "You can't steer a parked car."I stopped thinking about what to do and started doing.  I refocused my search on small growing companies and after a dozen rejections I applied for a customer service job at a company I'd never heard of but that seemed interesting. A week later I was working at Bonobos (company) with 25 smart, fun, engaging people. I chipped in on work in different departments and eventually found an application for my natural skills in a career path I hadn't anticipated.  At 29 I'm a beginner in a new role.  It's fantastic.I can only recommend what I've done: Find some fertile ground. You'll figure the rest out later. There are tons of young companies looking for people who are energetic and capable, but most importantly they're looking for people who care.  Startups require hard work and long hours but if you care about the mission and the quality of your work it'll feel more like a lifestyle than a job.You only have to be lucky once. I was. Maybe you will be too. There's only one way to find out: Take the car out of park and step on the gas.

When I was on the analytics team at Airbnb (2011-2012), we looked for the following:1. Research design/methodology - Ability to set up experiments properly, with careful attention to control groups and confounding variables- Knowledge of basic statistics techniques and concepts (regressions, ttests, significance, etc)- Ability to delve into open ended problems and find trends in huge sets of data- Understanding of all the caveats and complications of research without getting so bogged down in them that it takes months to get results2. Tools to manipulate data (programming ability, sql, statistics tools, etc)- Python, Ruby, or another similar programming language- R, STATA, SAS, or some other statistical programming language for analyzing data- SQL or similar querying/manipulation language, understanding of fairly complex joins, nested queries, etc- Excel can be useful but details can probably be learned as needed (personally, I don't think I've ever used a pivot table in my job because I use other tools to combine data)- Hive, Hadoop, etc. are really useful, albeit not essential for getting hired (but would mean a lot more than detailed knowledge of Excel, which I would assume any smart person could pick up as needed)3. Ability to interpret and summarize results broadly for technical and non-technical audiences4. Any other special skills, such as data visualization, machine learning, advanced statistical techniques, etc.At ClassDojo, we are at an earlier stage, and the data is in JSON instead of SQL, so there is even more need for everyone to program.  I spend 90% of my time getting data in place in Python before I can do any actual analysis or visualization (in Python or R).Edit: For a much more complete answer, you can view this curriculum that I wrote using free online materials:  Data Analysis Learning Path by Claudia Gold | SlideRule

I can't yell you how many times I've asked this myself. See, I'm 34, I just started back to school. I am having to pretty much start all over and I'm about to commit to pursuing my Phd. Yes, that's a lot of years to be back in school when I'm already in my mid thirties. Why did I choose to go back anyway? I was miserable at my job. I hated my career path and I needed something to change before I died from stress or killed myself.I don't know what “too late” is. If you think you need a change, make a change. It's never to late to make improvements in life, but way it will be too late to go back and fix things you could have fixed right now.Get started. You're worth the effort. Your life is worth the effort.

How much of a tax rebate is my family going to get?

Binary options let users trade in currency pairs and stocks for various predetermined time-periods, minimal of which is 30 seconds. Executing trades is straightforward. The system uses user-friendly interfaces, which even an 8 years old kid, can operate without having to read any instructions. But winning trades is Not easy.
Binary trading is advertised as the only genuine system that lets users earn preposterous amounts of money in ridiculously short period of time. Advertisers try to implicate as if you can make $350 every 60 seconds; if it was true then binary trading would truly be an astonishing business.
However, does it make any sense? Can every trader make tons of money in binary trading? Who is actually paying all the money or the profit to traders?
The first challenge is finding a trustworthy binary broker; secondly, you need to find a binary trading strategy, which you can use to make profits consistently. Without an effective trading strategy, there is no way you can make money in this business.
Learning a profitable trading strategy is possible, You should watch this presentation video https://tr.im/16635
It's probably the best way to learn how to win with binary option
