I hate my nose & I just have bad facial features! How can I improve my looks this summer?-pics?
Ugh okay so i'm kinda pretty i think but i just have so so so many flaws. Most people have 2 or 3 but I have a lot and i'm not exaggerating at all when I say this because other people point them out to me and I'm just embarassed about it. ugh okay so : i have a big nose, big ears, weird bucky teeth, an overbite [my jaw is underdeveloped so my chin is like pushed in, & i cant afford braces]. my lips and eyes are big or at least look big in pictures and it looks so weird with my nose. ^all of that is on my FACE. so practically all my insecurities are on my face :/ the only good thing is i have a nice body, i'm really thin but i've got that kinda curve haha [think annalyne mccord] but sometimes i just feel too skinny because i have tooth picks for arms and my shoulders are too boney. i'm 16 btw and i just want to TRANSFORM next year and be gorgeous for my senior year!! i need make up tips, hairstyles & hair color anything would help ! i KNOW beauty is on the inside & its about confidence but i just think it would be NICE to look NICE haha(: i sound like those whiney teen girls but ugh i just really want to look amazing for senior year, i dont want to have to constantly worry about something as dumb as this. and i'm doing this for me not anyone else lol. here are some pics & these pics arent that bad of me but it takes a whole lot of trys for me to get a good pic, i don't look as pretty as this all the time which is why i'm insecure: http://i51.tinypic.com/25kltnq.jpg http://i51.tinypic.com/20k7pxy.jpg http://i52.tinypic.com/1znu420.jpg http://i55.tinypic.com/111ugi0.jpg I hope the links work & I'm so sorry I ramble haha, i doubt anyone will help me but this just frustrates me & I kinda needed to vent.. Foundation always separates and looks weird on my nose. Why does this happen?
Very simple. Happens because your nose secrets too much oil. To control the level of oils in your skin, make sure you are using skin care products as per your skin type.Always start off with a primer. Primers helps to give you a flawless and seamless base while mattyfying the skin as well. Use a light weight foundation and blend it well.Also, make sure to control your pores. Do you really do contouring for your daily make-up?
Philly girl here! Yep. But I do a very subtle contour. I use the E.L.F. Contour Brush and a light bronzer or contour shade like Too Faced Milk Chocolate bronzer or the light Maybelline Master Contour shade. I concentrate the color at the farthest part where there is an imaginary line from corner of my mouth on upwards in a diagonal line. I don't add any more contour powder. I buff, buff, buff it in and lightly go down, but not all the way to the corner of mouth. I add some powder to my temples and lightly beneath chin. For highlight I use Laura Geller in Rose Gold and a small brush around my eyes and tippy top of cheek bones and my Cupid bow. Middle of forehead and middle of chin. Blend, blend, blend. A peachy blush on apples of cheeks completes the look. I like Tarte Exposed and NARS Orgasm.

omg i hate my nose too! don't feel bad though because noses aren't really that attractive anyway. if you don't want to get rhinoplasty (even though i really don't think God cares, he cares about whats inside, your body's just a shell that carries your soul) you could try contour tips that will shade your nose and you can play up your other features that you like =)

I am chinese and I have quite a wide nose, but darling this is why makeup exist. CONTOUR CONTOUR CONTOUR!! Use a shade that is one/two shade darker than your natural skin tone, in this case I use my brow powder set. and apply it on the sides of your nose to slim the shape down. apply a highlight on the bridge of your nose to make an illusion of taller looking nose! :) good luck &all the best.

Love your nose! It makes you who you are. i always had insecurities about my nose when i was younger because i got teased by one classmate about it being 'big' and 'flat'. `i used to put pegs on my nose to make it smaller and cry to my mom about getting a nose job but she would always tell me that i didnt need to and that i was beautiful just the way i was (usual mom things). One day i admitted this insecurity to my friend and he said "tell me , can you breathe out of your nose?" and i answered yes and he said "then theres nothing wrong with it", and thats when i realised that the real problem was me letting society tell me that my nose wasnt beautiful because it was not petite and sharp. I think that a nose is just a nose and i hope that one day you will realise that you are beautiful not in spite of your nose but rather because of it! <3

Then you should know one thing for a fact : you only get to have one face in your time being, which is the one you're whining about. So it's up to you from which angel do you wanna look at it : unique and special, or deformed and ungly, yielding to typical beauty standards without creating your own.I suggest you throw away your make-up, you'll start accepting yourself in time.
Makeup tips for big long nose?
Okay, so I don't want to offend anyone, but lets face it. I have a stereotypical Jewish nose. I sadly got it from both my mother and my father and ever since a year and a half or so ago it has been extremely bugging me. I know the sayings about being thankful for what you have, and don't try messing with the little things in life that you aren't in control of, but trust me, I am very thankful for everything, but ever since some guys started teasing me last year and calling me "hawk nosed lady" it really lowered my self esteem and I finally realized what they were talking about. So are there any make up tips or cartilage pressure tips I should know about? My nose is long and narrow, pointing downwards at the bottom. Any ways to get it it to look more upwards with makeup techniques or anything? I would really like to know, out of curiosity and also for confidence. thank you!
How can I make my nose smaller without surgery?
Step1 Apply foundation to create highlights and contours. Make your nose look smaller and wear a darker foundation. Choose a foundation that is 2 shades darker than what you typically wear. Step2 Contour down the sides of your nose to make it look slightly smaller. Blend in your darker foundation with a blending brush or your finger tips. Carefully contour along both sides of your nose to decrease it's big appearance. Step3 Touch a hint of color on the tip of your nose, if your nose is too long. This makes it look slightly shorter. Step4 Sweep color around your nostrils and on the tip of your nose. This makes your nostrils look slightly more narrow. Step5 Highlight your best features with your regular foundation to emphasize them. Draw attention to your nice cheek bones in order to draw attention away from your big nose. Always make your better features lighter and your weaker features darker.
