Good luck!

Fifa 13 (PC) crashes to desktop on specific date on career mode?

I have a career mode on Cesana on my Fifa 13 on my PC. Whenever I reach the 30th of July, 2014, the game crashes to desktop. This is exactly the day the season ends, and the transfer market starts. My PC is high end and Fifa 13 worked perfectly so far. I tried EVERYTHING. Skipping the date doesn't work, saving as a different file doesn't work either. Neither does releasing youth players or team players. The only thing I found that works is accepting an offer to go to another team. However, I don't want to leave Cesana because I improved it a LOT, have looots of great players, won many titles and I have some GREAT youth players that are about to turn 16, and playable.
How can I fix this?

What are the club teams on FIFA 13 with the most pacey players?

3-4 star:

Aston Villa: They've got weimann and agbonglahore on attack with both 90+ pace and nzogbia fast too, as well as the other players are relatively fast too.

5 star teams:

Chelsea:
no super fast striker but, you've got oscar, hazard, mata, ramieres, moses, david luiz, who are all pretty fast for their positions.

Bayern Munich:
You've got muller, riberey, robben, shaquiri, lahm, alaba, and dante is pretty fast for a CB.

Dortmund:
in fifa 13, you still have gotze, leewandowski, reus, Piszczek, Błaszczykowski, felipe santana, hummels and a couple more.

All in all I'd say Dortmund is the fastest since they have pace all around the team and not just a couple players, and they feel really fast too in game. Also if you're doing a CM, it great cuz of all the youngsters.

FIFA 14: Why does my Goalkeeper not improve?

Because you suck. Quit the game immediately

What are the qualities and skills I may need to become a famous international e-sports gamer?

Insane amounts of practice are necessary. So the dedication and drive to grind those hours out are definitely needed. If you’re not willing to treat gaming like a job long before you get paid, then you’ll never reach the top, and you most likely don’t deserve to.Innate skill isn’t really needed, but if you lack the muscle memory, or the ability to understand and adapt to a playstyle (why I hate MOBAs), then you’ll need to put in even more hours to gain that skill. The ability to sacrifice your pride for the team is also a needed skill. Just because YOU want to fill a role in the team, doesn’t mean you should. I like to play the AWP role in CS:GO, but I understand that there are AWPers better than me, so if I’m trialing for a team that has one, I’m not going to try and replace them. You also need to get rid of the idea of becoming famous internationally. If you play for money, you’ll fall off very quickly. If you play for the love of your game, or the love of the competition, then you’ll stay on top for a lot longer.Playing for money makes you greedy. Playing for the sake of playing gives you a future, so play your game and have fun. That’s the ultimate goal.

What is the salary like for USL players?

The short answer is that it varies. Contrary to another answer, USL players do, in fact have contracts, and there are three main types.MLS contract, on loan to a USL team - This contract is between the player and MLS, and is subject to that organization’s CBA. As such, the compensation of these players trends higher than the USL average. The player may play for a USL team on loan terms ranging from one day to an entire season.USL contract only - This contract is between the player and his team, and is not subject to a CBA, as currently none exists. Teams which are owned by MLS, such as Seattle Sounders 2 and FC Montreal, have both MLS- and USL-contracted players.Academy - A player may be part of a non-professional academy program within an MLS organization and earn minutes with the USL side without relinquishing his amateur status. As mentioned in other answers, most USL-only contracts range from $25,000 to $35,000, with a few players earning much more. A player at the low end of MLS earns between $50,000 and $60,000, so it is unusual for a player to earn this much in USL, unless he is near the end of his career and unattractive to MLS in the long term. The contract (which again, is negotiated by the player and the team), typically lasts for the duration of the regular season and post-season if applicable, and includes housing. Depending on the value of the player and the strength of the organization, two-year USL contracts have been used, but are still rare.

Can a Coach/Manager manage a country's soccer team and a club at the same time? and if yes, has it been done before?

Yes. They can. There were examples. However, there is this small subject of Contract comes into picture.A national team coach/Manager if signed for Full time, then he cannot take the same kind of Job elsewhere. There are lots of clauses in these kinds of contract.Guss Hiddink was “allowed” by Russian Football association to take up the charge at Chelsea. The National Team manager or the Club manager needs to get this sorted out before taking the charge for another team in any competitive match. Hiddink did because it was chelsea and Russia for 6 months. Abramovich sees to that. I don’t think it is possible for any manager to do the two jobs for a season and be good at it. Because being a manger of the club is not easy and very much time consuming. Players can come to the training be there for 2 to 3 hours and then go home. Managers and coaches cannot do the same. They need to plan the sessions, consult with doctors on the players fitness, analyze the last game and plan the next game.. its simply draining…Even Hiddink he did it once and came under scrutiny from Russia for failing to qualify for the 2010 WC.
