What do you think of the new Yahoo format?
Personally I can't stand it. On the yahoo answers homepage, look for the international tab. click on canada or uk and it will open up with the previous green layout. this is what I am currently using.

The old format of balance sheet a.k.a. T shaped balance sheet has two sides. It shows all the liabilities including the owner's capital(liability for the business) on the left hand side while all the assets are shown on the right hand side. NEW FORMAT... do you have the same problems & concerns I do?
I severely dislike the new format of YA! and have many issues with it as well. I agree with you that it isn't very user friendly nor thoughtful in design. There also seems to be a glitch where sometimes when I ask a question, I'll be able to see it, but nobody else can...and thus it never gets answered. Maybe that is why there seems to be fewer questions being asked in some categories because the new YA! is eating them up instead of posting them. I also noticed problem number 2 that you mentioned. Another strange glitch. They might as well just keep the old one if they don't have the time to fix it... There are very few perks to the new one....and is overall just a downgrade. The only positive thing about it is being able to see the images/or video on the answers without having to click on the link if one is posted. However, I would much rather lose this new addition and keep the old format. Usually when website formats change on other sites, there will be a few days of complaints, but most people will get use to it after those few days (such as facebook youtube, etc.) but no matter how many times I use the new YA! I can't get use to it at all and there has been complaints for about a month. I think one improvement they could make is to have the left side bar be colored purple. RIght now it's on a very light grey background and it visually blends in too much with the white center body of the page. Just having more contrast between the sidebars and the main body can be more of an improvement in its design.

What did you think of the new NBA All-Star game format, with team LeBron vs. team Curry, instead of the usual East or West?
I thought the new format was long overdue.We've been watching the same guys on the same all-star team for years. This year's draft format proved that some traditions are meant to be broken.We finally got to see what LeBron and KD on the same team looked like, Steph was dishing dimes to Giannis, and the east and west jerseys were officially retired.I remember I had to root for the West because I was a west native, but now, I can truly enjoy the game for what it is, a game full of NBA all-stars.HOWEVER, what I loved most was the sense of defense. FINALLY, we saw a GAME. Sure, the score was still high and they didn't REALLY play defense but they didn’t back down either. The game was physical and there were a few moments when the game felt like a playoff game. I loved how the game came down to the wire and how entertaining it can be to watch without rooting for any team.I hope the NBA replaces the conference battles with the new draft format as the all-star tradition. Not only does it seem more right, but it sounds more fun. The new all-star game proved that in LA last night.

Meh.If the NBA feels they have to change the format of the All-Star Game, then it’s because they are well aware that the current format sucks. Why? Because there is nothing at stake for the players, other than to show their best offensive moves. Their “shake and bake.” This is why absolutely no defense is played, and the two teams combined for over 300 points in the last game.That said, I don;t see the new format making much of a difference. The players might even try less on defense—if that is possible—since they could be facing a teammate. A Steph Curry, say, driving the lane against KD. Why would KD want to show up a teammate? Oh..that’s right…he wouldn't. LOL.NBA All-Star Weekend is pure entertainment. And that’s cool. We just need to remember that the game is also pure entertainment and means nothing. And with this new format, the final score is still gonna be something like 166–160.
How do I renew my 4 year old obc certificate with latest format as in IBPS they ask certificate issed with in one year?
Well some of the states authorities issue new one and i have myself seen this, when i have gone for IBPS and SBI interview and thereby facing there doc verification.I had the certificate from UP and the procedure in UP is the certificate gets issued only once and its digitised and uploaded on UP govt website. So whenever the person visit them for renewal they just ask to get it from online or they themselves take the printout and give it to the applicant. Problem with this is the certificate will hold date of issue which will be the date when you first applied for it and the certificate got generated.so the Solution for this is,Get the official OBC NON CREAMY LAYER PROFORMA CENTRAL govt. format printout and fill the detail. Take the original caste certificate along with it to the DM office and ask the issuing officer to get this attested. The DM or equivalent authority officer will sign and stamp the proforma with the latest date. This you can use it as certificate for the exams in verification process.https://iimcat.ac.in/per/g01/pub...or you can even download it from the IBPS notification in annexure section.This is the actual way how it needs to be done.BOB interview, BMSB PGDBF and SBI (with some explanation) accepted it.However,I and many more faced many issues for PUNE centre IBPS interview since there were some official who (sorry to say) didnt had any knowledge regarding documents and since india is vast the documents format color will differ, which these people were not understanding and creating a lot hurdle for the candidates. I had to give out a declaration form to issue certificate if got selected. Along with it they also raised issue when my name in application format was S B Y and i had my name on certificates as Y S B L( L= fathers name) They made me sign one more declaration form.Other candidates too faced many issues and i can even say were harassed since some girls brokedown at that moment itself.So all in all it also depend on the authority who is verifying the papers, if he belongs to same state or knows how documents are issued in that state or even if he is understandable, you wont face any issue with the solution i provided.GOOD LUCK !
