My Twitter notifications are enabled, but it doesn't show on my notification bar. My apps notifications are enabled in my phone. But it is still not showing on my notification bar. How can I fix this?

Twitter push notifications for Android not working?
I have an Android samsung galaxy S and the push notifications for Instagram and Facebook work but the push notification for Twitter don't show up. Is it because I have too many push notifications running? I have no clue, I just need someone to help me out.
TWITTER NOT WORKING ON iPHONE!!!! :(?
So, everytime I go to the home page on twitter, on my iPhone, it says, "Error loading tweets (400) tap to retry" it was working perfectly fine before, so why is this happening now? Even when I try going to people's twitter pages it doesn't let me see their tweets, or who they follow. I tried deleting the app and re-installing it again, but it still pops up like that. Please help me, what can I do?? Thanks :) x
Why isn't my Instagram notifications working?
Ok so the problem is that when I don't receive any notifications on my phone! I have to go on Instagram in order to see who liked what and stuff! Now I tried going to setting to push notifications on Instagram but it says "Oops, an error occurred" and it won't show anything else! I also tried my phone's notifications setting and there everything is normal! This is driving me crazy! Need help! Thank you
Why are my followers on Twitter not getting notifications when I mention them?
It could be they don’t have their settings set up to see notifications from everyone. There is a “Quality Filter” in settings.This happened to me recently when I got a new mobile phone.I originally had this checked and wondered why I wasn’t getting many notifications. Once I unchecked it the notifications began to come back in :)I hope this helps you though there is nothing you can do about it. Just keep tweeting quality content and maybe they will start to follow you and then Twitter will see your content is of higher quality!

I got a notification on Twitter that said someone liked my tweet but it doesn't show any numbers of likes next to the like button on that tweet, is that normal?
They may have liked it in error and then unliked it. Long enough to activate a notification, short enough that when you look for it, it’s gone. I’ve done this myself plenty of times by mistake when trying to click on a tweet to read the thread, especially on a phone.Another alternative is that their account is private but I suspect that’s not the answer as you’d usually see a number by the favourites info, but just not be able to see who’d favourited it (it would say something like ‘one user has opted to stay private’ or similar).

Me and my ex have just made up (not get back together but decided to be civil) so I accepted his friend request on Facebook and was mindlessly going through his news feed when I liked a status by accident! My face has gone BRIGHT red, when I unlike it does it show up in his notifications or can I just die of embarrassment now hahah?
