Once I Restore My Device Is Everything Gone For Good

I factory reset my samsung phone and everything got deleted. any way to restore it?

1. To restore contacts u can go to setting, account and sync option, enter ur google account(the one u used before the reset), then it'll sync ur saved contacts/requires internet connection(u can delete any desired contact like facebook contacts using any third party app like go contact, contact remover, etc later on)
2. There're plenty freewares from playstore unless ur previous apps are paid/sharewares plus many online websites provide android apps n games(just search on google web search)
3. I've been using android for more than a couple of years and never get infected by any virus. With or without antivirus, any smartphone with any Operating System still have chances to get malfunctions which mostly are system confliction; any malfunction caused by overwrite input between one app and another or third party app conflict system app which run in the same field(e.i third party camera app which has more advanced features vs default stock camera app which end up in confliction that influence general system; just an example).
2. A factory reset usually solves most problems. I've done it more than thirty times(i guess), get hard brick and soft brick but after i managed to solve them, my phone's still running well till now.

If I restore my laptop to factory settings will the virus be gone?

Restoring usually just resets the settings changed. Which is why sometimes it does the "backing up in case of restore" thing when you update your laptop since its changing the operating system.

Your best bet is to reformat, which will completely reset the hard drive and wipe any files on it, including viruses (all viruses). This is a 100% guarantee that the virus will be wiped from the laptop for good. Before you do, you may have files on it that you may want to keep. In which case I would suggest you use a device known as an IDE/SATA to USB Adapter (google "BT-300 topmicrousa"). This device allows you to back up files at speeds around 480mbps as well as skipping the operating system (what the virus is using to run on).

Once you are done backing up your files, simply reformat the laptop, then recopy the files.

Best of luck.

Foreskin restoration devices?

You are actually best off abandoning the fools errand of trying to 'restore' your foreskin. What is gone is gone for good.

After many months, or even years, of embarrassing tugging the best you can ever hope for is a faux skin which will not look nor behave like a normal foreskin. It will constantly slip back and forth as you move about and will painfully trap pubic hairs.

EVERYTHING ON MY LAPTOP IS GONE!!!! Please Help?!?

You can often successfully recover deleted files from a PC, it all depends on what has happened since the files were deleted.
When you delete files the data itself isn’t deleted, just the index entry that tells the system where the data for those files is located. The area containing the deleted data is also now marked as free space so it is available for any new files to be written there instead.

If and when that happens, then it is too late to recover your deleted files so it is very, very important to not save any new files or data to the device concerned.

One of the easiest ways to see if you can recover deleted files is to try some good file recovery software. One I used to use is asoftech recovery which you can download from site below

After update and recovery mode, itunes thinks my phone is a new device, how do I restore the backup?

I had a 4s 64gb with ios 5-something jailbroken. I just updated to 8 yesterday so I could facetime without cell service (phone is used as glorified ipod) and the phone went into recovery mode and I lost everything. ITunes thinks its a new device and I cannot restore the backup. IT even gave it a different name... the phone used to come up as "judy's iPhone" now after updating it comes up as "Judith's iPhone" and iTunes says I have never backed it up before...

My phone was stolen. How can I recover the pictures and notes on it?

As you would imagine, you cannot really recover data from your lost or stolen Android phone once it has gone. You can only use the data cached in the cloud by Google, which can include contacts, wallpapers, calendar entries and some account information. It does not automatically back up images, games, movies and other data so you should configure backups right away.Enable sync and backups in Android1. Navigate to Settings, Accounts, then Google.2. Select the account you want to back up.3. Select Gmail, Contacts and Calendar.4. Navigate to Settings and then Backup and reset.5. Select Back up my data.If you want to backup images, videos, music and other data you can set up sync to Google Drive. You have 15GB of space by default and can buy more if you wish.1. Download and install the Google Drive app if it isn’t already on your phone.2. Open Google Drive on your handset and select the three menu lines in the top left.3. Scroll down to Settings and select it.4. Choose how, what, where and when your phone backs up to Google Drive.Google Drive can either automatically back up your files to the cloud or you can do it manually. I tend to allow it to do it automatically but only when connected to Wi-Fi. That way I get all the benefits of auto syncing without burning through my data allowance. There are also apps that can automatically back up your phone to the cloud through Drobox or other cloud storage if you don’t want to use Google Drive. Just remember to set it up now. You can’t recover data from a lost or stolen Android phone once it’s gone unless you have backed it up!

Is the “erase all content and settings” option of an iPhone good enough to delete everything from my iPhone?

Yes “Erase all Content and Settings” does a full restore in a very secure and efficient way. It just deletes your encryption key.All the data on your phone is encrypted with that key, without it the data on the phone (flash storage) is just garbled nonsense.“Erase all Content and Settings” deletes the encryption key. So whatever data remains on the storage is useless, it can’t be decoded, read, or anything else. Once the encryption key is gone the data is irretrievable.Note the encryption key isn’t tied to your passcode or anything else (your passcode unlocks the encryption key). So when the encryption key is gone there’s no way to retrieve the data even with your passcode / Touch ID.I worked at Apple and have discussed this with a number of friends who are engineers in the know. I guarantee this is true.NOTE: Data protection (and the information above) applies to iPhones running iOS 4 or later. Today Apple is at iOS 9 so it’s likely your phone has this feature built-in. You can confirm this by going to Settings > Touch ID and Passcode, then scrolling down to the bottom of the screen where it will say “Data Protection is Enabled.”If you have an older version of iOS go to Settings > General > Passcode and scroll down to see the same message. (the way you get to this changed with iOS 8) but it’s still the same thing.
