One Thing You Hate About Your Boss

One thing you hate about your boss?

He didn't care about me...i maybe hate him

What is one thing you hate...?

I hate when parents come on here and ask serious questions that could affect their baby / child... then the asker chooses a best answer that is really absurd..

for instance:

Question:My baby is 10lbs and 2 months old.. I hate putting him in the back seat of the car cause I miss him... Is it okay if I put him in the front seat with me in my car??

Best answer:: sure as long as its a forward facing carseat so incase the airbag deploys it doesn't push his car seat against the seat..

Soo...... this is obviously NOT a good idea.. are people retarded..
retarded people listen to other retarded people and put their childs' life in danger..

That is what I hate the most.. people could stand to be a little more educated and need to learn when to seek professional advice...

Kind of scary ..

What is the one thing you hate about your job?

I just started my job and I hate the fact that every little thing I do is wrong. I guess that goes with being new, but how are you supposed to know what you're doing when they don't even have a training program. They kind of just threw me in there and said, "Here, work!" It's funny though because I'm putting my two weeks notice in already due to the fact that I got a MUCH BETTER job WITH a training program.

3 Things that you hate about your boss?

What's ONE thing you hate about your job?

I am professor of foreign languages. What i hate is the lack of interest, and it is natural for the small kids, but when i see arrogant adults i get really crazy..People who have the feeling''We are ...not you''
Antoher thing i hate...is the preparation of the level...But...it is a part of my responsibility

What is one thing you hate the most about your GYM?

I have worked in the gym environment for few years and owned one for 6 years.I mean I don't hate these things that I am listing here, but I would rather join a facility like a crossfit, a UFC gym or simply workout at home (which do require a big upfront investment initially but overtime more than compensates for the money that you pay for a commercial gym) AND avoid these things:PEOPLE-People socialising and chatting between their sets-Using their phone for social media and using it so often that your muscles are always cold before doing another set. Potentially this could be harmful and may result in an injury!-Not re-racking your weights back. Dude, if you have the strength to perform chest press with a 100 pounder, then it only takes 5 seconds to put it back! Do build this into a solid habit. Do this when you are doing a squat using barbells too!-Hogging a piece of equipment for very long and not having the decency to share it with others-Being the guy who knows it all. Don't be the guy who knows it all. You can always learn something new.-Dont stare, Period! Appreciating beauty and smiling is ok, but staring or even letching, not cool!-Showing off. Guys wear appropriate clothing, no skimpy shorts. Girls: Its not a night club.-Sweating benches and machines. Have a towel with you at all times. Please wipe off the benches and equipments you use, especially if you sweat a lot.-Always use a deo before and after your workouts. Smell good, always.-DON’T USE THE SQUAT RACK TO DO BICEPS CURLS. As it is these racks are dim a dozen, and using it for bicep curls is not cool.-Don’t grunt or shout when doing heavy sets. This is just a habit. I have seen super heavy lifters, and they can be really quiet. Breathing heavily of course is a necessity.TRAINERSNote: My gym also had few of the problems. Which I tried to resolve.-Trainers not certified. This is so important for the safety of clients.-Trainers worried more about their own physiques than their clients-Trainers simply not caring.(In my experience, only less than 10% trainers are good, supportive and friendly).Gosh, I listed like 10+ things that I dislike about going to a commercial gym. Sure, I can do with them by simply going in the afternoon, where you usually face few of these issues only and I do go, when I don't have any other option.

What is one thing you hate the most about your culture?

Philippines is a country with wonderful personalities and culture which I admire, but if you live here, these things are also to be expected among the people:Crab mentality. Basically, it means “if I can’t have it, then neither can you.” People will try to bring you down for being too successful.Smart-shaming, cousin of crab mentality. Because people overlook their own incompetence, they will blame you and call you a smart-ass and know-it-all if you show off your intellectual side instead of educating themselves.Thin skin. People here are really sensitive. Which is why one should think twice before saying something. Also, when Pinoys face criticism, they tend to follow the PNP method: start with positive, then negative, then positive again. It’s funny though, since some are very judgmental of others and speak without thinking but are very touchy when it comes to them being judged.Ignorance and narrow-minded. It’s embarrassing how some teens on social media easily say the N-word without knowing what it really means. Discrimination towards people with darker skin complexion still remains, although subtle. And also, being gay = being effeminate. Of course, a society which is very tolerant towards gay people is much better than those otherwise, but it saddens me how gay people are being portrayed in stereotypes by the Filipino media (e.g flamboyant, acting feminine, and some often degrade themselves just for the sake of entertainment for others).Of course, this isn’t meant to generalize the whole Filipino population. I’m a Filipino myself, and I love how very welcoming, hospitable, friendly, and resilient we are, but in every society, there’s always the subtle dark truth and ugliness we often fail to notice and address.

What is one thing that you hate about yourself?

When I look in the mirror I find several things that I don't really think are so good. But I would never change them because this is still who I am I can't get better by changing my looks, I might even miss the old me so I will stay happy as I am thank you. Others have already accepted this me why should I really worry about changing it. That is the one thing that we all forget and it seems we have way too much time on our hands if we have to change ourselves and way too much money in our pockets if we can afford something so vain. We are all so unique and that is what is good about us. Remember Jennifer Grey from Dirty Dancing? She got her nose done and now you can't find her in a crowd. She even had a show on tv once and she had to make fun of it saying that yes I'm that person. She no longer looks different but you can no longer find her. Barbara Steistand, you know the one with the big nose? She was going to get a nose job and her doctor had the good sense to tell her it what made her unique and talked her out of it. You always know her she stands out but she is happy with herself, so what difference does it make.

What is one thing that you hate about yourself?

I'm pretty awesome. I have a lot of great qualities.However.Surprisingly enough, I'm not perfect. My eyes are different sizes, and they're both so small that they disappear when I smile. I promise I'm not blinking in every picture I take; my eyes are just small. I don't know why it bothers me so much. I think it might be because it's often the topic of jokes when pictures are taken.I'm proud. I won't take risks because I don't want to look stupid or anything short of perfect. This is one I've been fighting; I've resolved to do anything, even if I look ridiculous. My boyfriend took me to play soccer the other day and I was… Bad. I was so bad. But I did it, and surprisingly enough, the sky didn't fall down.I'm socially awkward. Part of it is introversion; I don't like small talk and I don't practice it. Another part is simply being too afraid of looking stupid to speak (see previous point). I'm clunky and anxious and I don't like myself in social settings. Quora is nice, because I can think for decades about the right words to use; in person, however, I have to roll with the first thing that comes out and hope for the best.People think I'm mean. I asked my boyfriend the other day what his first impressions of me were. He said he asked other people about me and they said I was mean, I liked to argue, and that I'm really liberal. They caught me. It's true.I don't mean to be mean. I'm outspoken, often aggressively so. It's not because I'm angry or hate the people I'm debating with; I'm painfully passionate and it doesn't always come out the right way. I wish I could tell people that no, I don't hate you. I just got excited. I'm sorry.I'm indecisive. Ugh. This is just another part of the “not wanting to look stupid”. It's true, though- I hate making decisions because I don't want to look dumb. I don't want to pick something and have everyone go “oh, really? You're a moron.”So I stay quiet. Or say “I don't know”.I'm trying so hard to be decisive. I pick things and then we do them. It's painful and uncomfortable, but it's healthy.-This question was painful. Looking at myself critically and really seeing my flaws was hard, but I'm glad for it. It was a good reflection.
