First, try simply restarting your computer. If that doesn't work, try to clear your browser's cache. If you are using a version of Internet Explorer, click on the "tools" menu, then "internet options." Under the "general" tab of the window that pops up, there should be a section that says "temporary internet files," and in that section there is an option to "delete cookies" and "delete files." Click on both of these and let the files delete. Then close your browser and open a new window before trying to go to FB again. I am not sure about any other browser, but just do a search for "clear cache for [browser]" and it should tell you what to do.
