Opinions On What Do Do About My Back

Opinions on playing around the back door...?

i think it is a privelage to let a guy go back there.
My bf enjoys it and so do I .HE also likes to lick down there.
For some reason it just depends on the guy and how much you care for him cause ive treid it w my ex b4 and hated it.
But with my new bf it doesnt bother me i feel like it brings us closer kinda. BUT I cant stand fingers or toys or anything like that. But im game to do the back door entry every now and then not all the time. especially if its that time of month its a go for sure.

Your opinion of back acne. Do you have it? Are you grossed out by it?

i have not been getting it lately, but i have got it before. not much. only 3 bad pimples at most at one time. i get it on my forehead, neck and chest. again, its not bad, but it is embarrassing. somtimes i dont have it at all, to get rid of it, i lay in the sun for about an hour. it helps a ton, also take a shower every day and i use pink grapefruit acne body wash.

Why do writers use facts and opinions?

Writers often use facts and opinions to give evidence or strengthen the point they are trying to make. Readers individually see facts as valid and something to rely on, therefore giving the writer immediate power over the audience. Opinions add emotion and a personal touch which allows the reader to relate to the message the writer is trying to portray.

In your opinion, should Iran's name be changed back to Persia?

The Germans call Germany Deutchland, we call it Germany. The Greeks call Greece Ελλάς, Ellas, we call it Greece. The Chinese call China 中国, pronounced Zongguo, we call it China. Need I continue? Persia was the traditional name given to the country in most European languages. We could safely call it Persia... What the Persians call themselves is, obviously, their right and their own business... If they want Iran, so be it. Persia? Let them suit themselves....At the same time, it is important to note that the change of the official international name from Persia to Iran in the 1930s is related to the context of the era, when chasing the prestige vested by the etnonym "Aryan" was very desirable. Iran is in some interpretations a version of the toponym "land of the Aryans..." Iran was used in common parlance and in some official ancient pronouncements, especially during the pre-Arab conquest, by the Parthian and Sassanid kings. The name Iran was rediscovered as a power symbol in international politics by the second before last Shah. Contemporary with Hitler, shah Reza Pehlavi could not abstain from rubbing  the nose of the Europeans in the long ancestry of his people... He demanded that foreign powers call his country Iran.

Should we talk back to our superiors if we have different opinions?

Yes! I do feel that we need to express and explain our opinions to our superiors. Having said that, its completely dependent on the hierarchy/power distribution as a part of the organizational policy and most importantly the type of leadership style that the superior has.I feel the COMMUNICATION plays a very vital role in such situations:1. Verbal: The way we interpret and explain our ideas. The point here is to communicate our opinion in such a way that it doesn't rub the Superior's ego on the negative side or doesn't become a victim of his/her perception.2. Written: The way we put across our opinion in writing probably on an email. This is the way we can ensure that we have documented our opinion and why do we feel that it works better than the one which our superior has suggested. We can indeed take this document as a reference, at some point in future. There might be high chances of such a situation; coming up in the future.

Do you ever resist or back away from stating your true opinion about something on Facebook because you are afraid what all of your friends will think?

I’ve certainly refrained from stating my opinion at times, not out of fear, but out of consideration for friends’ feelings. For example, if a friend or a family member expresses a political view that I don’t like, I usually just ignore it, because no good comes of starting a needless squabble on Facebook. (That doesn’t extend to ignoring statements of falsehoods that are easily refuted, by the way. I do speak up when someone makes a false accusation.)It seems to me that public Facebook areas are best suited to light, rather superficial communication. Nowadays, my main contributions to it are admiring someone else’s pictures, wishing someone a happy birthday, or mentioning something interesting that happened to me the day before. Or, of course, watching those entertaining cat videos. When I want to engage in more controversial communication, I use a more private forum or venue.
