Organisation That Can Help Me Start A New Lfie

How can an organization help you fulfill your life dreams?

The organization is within us...If we could become more organized AND disciplined then we would feel as though we could accomplish many things. I would love to have help becoming more organized and focused. Contributing something, anything to society is the ultimate goal. There are two other things that are really important: body strength and movement such as swimming or some other form of exercise because depressed people usually stop moving and then become obese and more depressed....and doing something creative that you never dreamed you could do such as oil painting. Having accomplished people actually listen and take one serious rather than having their own agenda and being condescending is a confidence builder as well. We come from a broken, scattered society that needs to be restored. Where each person is considered valuable. There are more and more children coming from broken, drug addicted homes...what will become of them? Can some organization teach them the things that the parents were supposed to teach? Work ethics, handling a checkbook, cooking healthfully instead of fast foods and pizza...the value of a family sitting down together at the dinner table...Wow. That is almost unheard of these days. I won't go into religion as that is best kept separate, but, it can change a person's life. How about valuing and respecting teachers as much as a movie star. How about going back to real teaching rather than the "No kid left behind", deal that did not work. The kids know how to pass tests but they have no knowledge. How about more "Big Brothers", helping young boys become men. I wanted to get my Son into that when he was young because even though there was a Father he was military and was not only physically gone a lot, he was also emotionally absent from his Son. It broke my heart and you know what...there was such a need for mentors that they said they could do nothing for my Son because he had never been in trouble. Now days I would not trust a man with my Son because the media protrays men in such a negative light. You know there use to be honesty in Journalism but that is a thing of the past. There is a whatever sells mentality. I know I didn't speak of an actual, physical organization because the needs are so many. Haha I was thinking of basic training and visiting a 3rd world country to bring up one's appreciation level and then I realized that was already happening and it is called "The Iraq War" Mmm

Is 24 too late to start a new life?

I've suffered from serious bouts of depression and anxiety related disorders since I was 18, and used to binge drink regularly to alleviate my woes. I'm almost 24 and I don't know how but i'm managing to overcome this mindset which has made my life hell for the past 5 years stifled any potential that I had to achieve the life that I want to live.

But now I look at my life and realise I don't have much to live for, what ever it was that essentially sucked the life right out of me has left me with no job, no qualifications, no friends, no girlfriend (ever), no skills, no hobbies and virtually no money.
Besides my parents my family are literally all backstabbers and schemers who I can't trust one bit.

I want to get into great shape and restart my studies and give it my best shot. But I don't know where to start and feel i'm too old to really be able to really achieve any prominence (career etc).

Is there a group or organization that helps you fake your own death and start all over again?

There are many conspiracy theories about this, with many sightings of supposedly dead people. But I don’t give creedence to any of them. There have been many sightings of Lord Lucan, the supposed infamous nanny killer, but even then, there are few places on the planet that you could live safely in total anonymity before someone debunks you.Adolf Hitler is the darling of conspiracy theorists a propos to his continued existence in Brazil(?) both as an old painting collecting monk, and a retired business man, but really?Micheal Jackson, really dead? or just had enough? He was getting in early with the facial changes though.Elvis? Works down at the chip shop? He’d be recogniseable anywhere, uh-huh.There maybe ways to drop off the grid and go and live outback where no one will ever see you again, but not if you’re famous, ever. There’ll always be someone who will find you and dish you up to the papers for the mega-bucks of reward that the media will pay you shortly before tearing the unfortunates to pieces. The only way that you could effectively dissapear, whilst remaining alive, is still probably becoming a nun or a monk, in one of the better reclusive orders. But that is not going to be to the taste of most. So, a group or organisation? Nope. Unlikely. Except the church. One way or another, for most people it is the church that makes people dissapear…ashes to ashes, dust to dust.

How can I help people fleeing war to start a new life?

not really my area of expertise but at the top of my mind:vote for politicians with an open door, open arms policy.see if there is in your area an association that works welcoming refugees into your country.be vocal with other people, borders are man made and human beings are human beings no matter where they were born. A lot of people tend to forget that and it has become acceptable to say stuff like “they should stay in their country” so educate yourself on the wars that are going on (especially in the middle east, not only Syria but also all the surrounding states and Yemen) and PUT THE RACISTS IN THEIR PLACE.if you meet actual refugees be kind. That’s it. Ask if they need something, offer your help navigating your country’s bureaucracy. Depending on where you are from and how long they’ve been there, they will need different things. Kindness is always one of them, your friendship is probably another. Give toys to the children and introduce them to other kids, they need normalcy and to make new friends and to not be afraid. If they have nothing, offer what you can, but be respectful. I’ve seen people give “for charity” clothes that were no longer wearable, don’t do that. If you have clothes that don’t fit you any more or are out of fashion is ok, but if they’re old and falling to pieces they belong in the trash. Help with the language if needed or to find a job if you’re able to.

Is it hard starting college alone?

I personally found that the friends you meet in college will be the ones that you more than likely will have forever. I have no idea where my old HS friends ended up because over time, we all moved in different directions. The friends you make in college might move away after, but adult friendships are stronger due to the maturity, imho. I was lonely for the first semester and then fell in with a great group of friends through Camaros, believe it or not! Good luck, you'll be fine!
