My reply feature to my sent emails is corrupt my address is distorted when others try to just simply reply?
Your "reply to setting" (under Options) is incorrect----(probably just a typo) You need to correct it. Options>>mail options>>Accounts (from the list on the left)>>then click on "Yahoo Mail".(middle of page under accounts) You will see a small link under the from--(or "send as")--line name, that says---change "reply to" setting. Click that link and erase everything showing on that line----AND leave it blank----(OR, at least make sure your EXACT address is entered correctly)---then click "save changes" or the + sign--whichever is available. .......................... By leaving it blank, you are instructing Yahoo to send ALL replies to your current account address . It's only "necessary" to put an address there if you want replies going to a different address
Craigslist Email Replies not working?
Whenever I find an item on craigslist that I want to buy from someone they never include their real email so I have to use the generic craigslist anonymous email but I never get a reply from the seller. I do not know why or if my email isn't working (I use Yahoo and copy and paste the CL email address in the TO section of my email). And I reply to listings that were added within 5 minutes but id doesn't work either. What could be the problem?
Boyfriend wants access to my email.?
Need some advice.. I am a professional 28 year old who requires the use of my laptop to do bills, work, and play some poker once in a while. My boyfriend of over 1 year makes joking comments about my computer usage that make me feel uncomfortable. He tends to suggest that I am flirting with others on Myspace (which I don't use) and secretly emailing other men. However, these joking comments are weekly if not almost daily. I am very conscious of my computer time and I put my laptop away while he is over to give him my undivided attention. This just sparks his comments even more. Last night, he mentioned that a married couple we are friends with share their passwords to their email accounts. He again made me uncomfortable with this request. I am not hiding anything, I mostly get newsletters and sale emails. But something about him accessing my email makes me feel uneasy, but I also feel I should let him because not to would seem that I am keeping something from him. Advice?
