Out Of These Two Which Laptop Is Better

Which Laptop is better-- HP or Toshiba's?

Toshiba by far.

They were the first company to build an IBM-PC based laptop, back in 1985. They were the first company to put an Optical drive in a laptop. They were the first company to put a DVD drive in a laptop. They build more secure laptops. They build better designed laptops. They build more durable laptops.

I'm a laptop repair man. I get HP laptops in all the time for hardware repairs. The Toshibas I get in the shop, are for spyware infections, and OS reinstalls. THe raw evidence presented to me daily in the computers I have to fix, is that HP builds low quality computers that look really really pretty... and that is their only redeeming quality. Toshiba builds a better laptop, hands down.

As a side note... Fujitsu is a company that makes Laptops and Hard drives. However, do you know what brand of hard drives they use in their laptops? They use TOSHIBA brand hard drives.

Which laptop is better than these two and why?

I have the same series hp laptop (without the 2 GB graphics card). It was cheap and the only one I can almost afford. Buy amd only if there is a problem with your budget. My laptop works fine for browsing, watching movies etc. But, for processor intensive works and software development (android studio lags a lot. I couldn't use android virtual device), it is not that great. It is not that hp is bad, but i3 is significantly better than a8 for sure. I checked Lenovo Ideapad G50-70 59-422410 in flipkart. In my personal opinion, it is a bit overpriced.  The processor is 4010U, I think it is ultra power saver or something, which will be a bit slow considered to M series and the clock speed is 1.7 and no turbo boost for i3!. I don't know whether there is a laptop with M series processor available right now. . It will be better, if you could consider these aspects also.  My friend recently bought hp series laptop with i5 and 2GB graphics card (don't know the specifics), for less than Rs 38k. I think, it might be slightly better than the laptop you have mentioned. In the terms of quality, lenovo looks better!

Which out of these two laptops would be a better option for an architecture student- Lenovo Y50 70 or Lenovo Z51 70?

Which is a better laptop brand Dell or Lenovo?

Lenovo would be better in battery life, build quality and reliability. Dell laptops and desktops are not build strong but in terms of reliability, our computers are going strong for 6 years.

Search for best performance and lowest cost. If its Dell then get it, if its Lenovo then get it.

Which laptop should I buy out of these two?

Should I buy Lenovo Idea Pad 700:

or Asus K550VX-DM026D

The decision is though, the Lenovo is cheaper with only difference in specs in GPU which has 4 GB instead of 2 GB as the asus has. But I never had Lenovo, so I don't know how the quality is.

Please respond!

Which of these two laptops are better for school work and minor gaming?

Depends on what kind of gaming you want to do. The ASUS laptop has a graphics card which is good for gaming (should be sufficient for medium settings). However, the battery life is shorter (5 hrs). The HP is pretty good as well. It has a faster CPU (i7's are superior to i5's), has a longer battery life, and more storage (but not SSD, which makes it slower than the ASUS). So the question depends on how much gaming do you plan on doing? If you plan on gaming not that often (like 20% or less), then I'd go for the HP. If you plan on gaming some more (which you shouldn't if you care about your grades), then go for the ASUS. Hope that helps.

Which laptop will be better among these two: Asus F570 (Ryzen 5 include Vega 8 + GTX1050/8GB RAM) or Asus VivoBook x510UN (Intel i5 + MX150/8GB RAM) ?

GTX 1050 of F570 easily overpowers MX150 of x510. Also F570 is mainly released as a gaming laptop and X510 is moreover a productivity or entertainment purpose laptop. If you're looking to get the best performance out of your laptop then go for F570 if you need more battery, and productivity then go for x510. I'd go with F570 if I were you.

Which gaming laptop is better Msi gt70 or Alienware m17x r4?

I am planning to get either of the two, I have a budget of 1500 max. The alienware im planing to buy is just the stock 1499$ and the Msi im planning is the gt70-0nd 444US on best buy for 1399. i have researched about the specs of each laptop and compared it, and im still not sure of which one has the edge to run BF3 on ultra. i would want to have a future proof laptop that is also upgradeable. which one is worth it and why pls...

These 2 are what i want to choose, please don't recommend asus or other brands...

i have read too much bad reviews of alienware about its overheating problems and crappy support is it true?

and about MSI, i haven't heard that much about this company and do they have good customer support?

which one would play BF3 on ultra smoothly?

is alienware worth it because of its slot loading opticall drive and hdmi in port?

is MSI or Alienware's gpu, cpu, HDD upgradeable?

MSI has 670M gpu and Alienware has 660M gpu which one is better?

i like both alienware and msi designs but which one has better keyboards and touch pad?

which one comes with the recovery discs?

does alienware frequently have faulty products?

which one has better camera?

Which one is future proof?

Would both give you full refund if your not satisfied?

Thanks for Answering my questions because i haven't tried to use any of these high-end computers and i plan on using it for at least 5 years by just upgrading some specs.

Between these two laptops, which one should I buy? One has a 4th Gen i7 2.1 Ghz with SSD and the other has a 7th Gen i7 with an HDD.

Thanks for putting the links in the comments. It helps a lot. What I would do, if this were me, is buy the first one and then install my own SSD into it. But that’s may be something you’re not comfortable with, and would also probably invalidate your warranty. In terms of overall merit, these two are about even. They have the same amount of RAM, and 12GB is enough to get the job done on just about anything. The screen is something you’ll have to think about long and hard. In my experience, there’s a lot of difference between 13.3″ and 15″ when it comes to a screen.CPU-wise, there’s not a huge difference:7th Gen i7: Intel Core i7-7500U @ 2.70GHz4th Gen i7: Intel Core i7-4600U @ 2.10GHzThe 20–25 percent difference in performance is not anything you would ever notice in the vast majority of usage scenarios. And to be honest, the performance boost from the SSD more than trumps the difference in CPU power. About 95 percent of the time, I’d rather run a Core 2 Duo laptop with an SSD than an i7 without one. Running a fast laptop with no SSD, in this day and age, is sort of like putting training wheels on a Harley-Davidson. The only reason to choose a laptop with an HDD is if the machine is a desktop replacement and you need a lot of storage, and you’re on a tight budget.Which one I would advise would depend on what the person using it valued the most, but I personally wouldn’t use the one without the SSD at all until it had been upgraded to one. I bought a lightly used Dell Inspiron 3520 recently, and one of the first things I did was upgrade it to an SSD.
