Paid Thousands But Did Not Receive Service On Time - What

I paid someone for services I never received...?

You have to show a "reasonable" attempt to contact, if in letter form, keep copies of all letters, and date them. Keep records of all correspondence. Then go talk to an Attorney about your options.
Keep in mind, that if it is just a couple of hundred dollars were talking about, then it's not going to be worth your time. Word of mouth will do more damage than a Lawsuit ever would. Tell every one you know not to ever use the service, and tell them how bad it was.
If it's in the thousands of dollars then a lawsuit may be the right path to take. An attorney will be able to advise you the best course of action to take.

I paid out thousands of dollars over the years in medical bills I didn't owe. Can I get my money back?

For the past 6 years I have had Tricare for medical insurance. Much like Medicare they have set amounts that can be charged for each medical service given. Any medical facility or Doctor that participates has to follow their guide lines for pricing. It has recently been brought to my attention that virtually all of the doctors and medical institutes I have seen over the last six years have ignored these pricing guide lines. As a result I have been charged whatever they chose to charge for the service minus what Tricare paid out. In one instance there was a charge against me of $4770 that went into collections when I had in fact reached my catastrophic cap and was not responsible for any payment at all. I did not know this. I assumed that since Tricare had been billed that whatever I was billed for afterwards was what I owed. I've paid out thousands over the years thinking I owed whatever I was charged without questioning. So now, knowing what I know and having verified through Tricare that most of the bills currently in collections are unjust, I'm wondering what my rights are. How far back can I go to try and nullify debts in collections that are not truly due? Can I get repayment for money paid on unjust bills? Can I get my credit fixed to reflect that these bills were never due? Do I have to keep paying on bills in collections while I try to rectify the errors with the doctors?

Can someone explain how 2 house payments a month saves money?

Good question!

The reason it saves you money is that when you make one payment a large portion of that payment goes towards the interest NOT the principle (the amount of actual cash you borrowed), additional money of any amount will go toward lowering the principle amount that you owe.

This saves you money in the long run because you will be paying off the principle amount you owe faster, thereby reducing interest payments-allot! It basically "re-amorterizes" your loan, each time you make an additional payment of any amount.

Also, when you go to sell your home you will have more princple in the home and walk away with more of your cash!

A couple of things to check out-

Although these are more and more rare-make sure that you do not receive a penalty for paying off the loan early.

Just because you make two payments, you do still owe another payment on the next due date-it does not buy you any buffer or grace.

Good luck!

Why is the first service on a brand new motorcycle the most important?

When a new motorcycle is getting broken in parts of the moving parts inside(piston, rings, cylinder walls, etc.) begin to "seat" or come together. Some of the edges are smoothed while this happens, and that means metal shavings will make it's way into the oil. Generally the most metal shaving swill happen the first few miles of an engine. Those shavings can in time become attached with other shavings and produce a sludge sort of liquid which can hurt the engine parts further. It is very important to get that dirty oil out quickly once you begin to break the engine in, you want the shavings out before they build up too much, which is the main reason for the first oil change being the most important and quickest at just 500 miles.

Have tens of thousands of Canadians died due to waiting too long to receive medical services through the national healthcare system?

There is something really odd about those numbers, and the question itself. But it is good that you ask.Now here is the thing: Canada does not have a national healthcare system. We have 13 healthcare programs administered by each province and territory, with standardisation and mutual coverage. Just as you can legally drive your car with Kansas licence plates to Missouri, and your auto insurance will cover you there, my provincial healthcare coverage is accepted across Canada.Approximately 270,000 Canadians die each year. Most are the aged, and two top killers are heart disease and cancer, just about 50% each. The next biggest cause of death would be automobile accidents perhaps. 99% of Americans and Canadians will die from those three things.“Tens of thousands dying waiting”, would be at least 20,000, or 13.5% of the 270,000. To make that work, about 1 in 7 Canadians(or more!) seeking treatment would have to die waiting for treatment. Its not happening. To put it in perspective, about 10% of Americans served in WWII, and only a tiny portion of those died in combat, and/or waiting for treatment for combat injuries. Total American service members during WWII: 16,100,000. Total number of American deaths in WWII: 418,500, or about 2.5%, or about 1 in 40 of the total combatants. 0.3% of the total population of the USA.We have not been sustaining 45 times US WWII casualties every year, for the last 60 years. No, it is not true.

How much would you pay monthly for Instagram growth services?

The question should NOT be how much would you pay.But how much will you earn compared to the cost of these services if they successfully market your product/service on Instagram? There are companies (I won’t name it) charging $500/mo for Instagram growth service using the usual growth method of interacting with thousands of targeted users who are interested and care with your brands. But on the low-end, you have people only charging $10/mo promising all-star service. Now, you should really know how these services will benefit you:How much is your profit/sale? If you make $1000/sale, then spending $500/mo to get thousands, if not tens of thousands of targeted exposures, is not really expensive at all. If you make 1 sale, you got 100% ROI right off the bat!Have you made a sale from Instagram before? If you haven’t, you might want to try service like ThriveSocial that offers a very affordable pricing with great service & benefits for you to go expose your profile to your target market without risking too much money. How good is your product/service you try to sell? If you’re looking for Instagram growth service, I’m assuming you want to get something(money) in return. Have you tried to sell using other platforms before? And how did it go? You need to always be testing your product before using these type of service at all.In any service world, pricing is relative. It’s relative on what value and benefits that they can bring to you even before seeing the result. What value? Are you trying to leverage their Instagram marketing expertise? Are you trying to leverage your time? However, I would say that these services is fairly priced at around $50-$150/mo for starters who are looking to get their feet wet on Instagram marketing.
