What is this pain in my jaw?
I have had a strong constant pain in the bottom left of my jaw, I've had this for almost 2 weeks am it the pain is excrushiating and it hurts to eat and anything that includes moving it, should I see my GP? Also I have had a slight temperature and hot and cold flushes. I have had ear and head ache on and off starting when I had the jaw pain, does anyone know whaf this is I'm in intense pain and I just want a rough idea of what it is and what I should do about it

I occasionally get lower chest / upper abdominal pain that is severe . It is unrelated to stress, and a cardiac origin has been ruled out. It is important that you rule out a Cadiac cause of any chest pain . Mine is cause by esophageal spasm I believe , related to a hiatal hernia I have . That is herniation of the upper stomach through the esophageal hiatus into the chest .When this happens I guzzle a carbonated cold beverage fast and it alleviates the pain instantly . I didn’t learn this in medical school, I figured it out myself.

How long back were the wisdom teeth removed?Sometimes with difficult extractions, the drilling of bone causes edema (swelling) of the area of the surgery and it’s surrounding tissues. This is a part of normal healing. This swelling is what causes pain especially when you swallow. It should subside within 2–4 weeks of the exraction. If it lasts longer than that, I suggest you see your dentist/oral surgeon for an evaluation.

Lower right sided jaw pain and left arm bicep pain?
I presume the cardiac investigations were because of the Barret's as esophageal pain is very very good at mimicking heart pain. A lot of heart attacks present in emergency as indigestion. However that's not addressing your current problem. The shooting pain would make you think non cardiac and possibly a trapped nerve. The jaw pain sounds more like a referred pain from the eoesophagus. If you are already on medication for that make sure you are taking it. If you are not on it you might want to ask if you need it
