Can ghosts knock on doors?
At 4 AM today I was in the kitchen getting some water and I heard like 4 huge knocks on my front door. I freaked out because it didn't knock again & it's been happening frequently.
Heard 3 knocks on door at 3am what does it mean?
Last august 20th at exactly 3am, I hears 3 distinct knocks on my bedroom door. The wife sleeping next to me heard nothing. This scarred the heck out of me.. 4 days later my sick uncle died. 10 days ago, I distinctly heard 2 knocks on the door at precisely 3am,,Any idea what might occur next?

The next night at the same time, while on his laptop, he blacked out and woke up the next afternoon in a tent in the backyard he didn’t remember putting up, tucked into a neatly made bed on the floor he didn’t remember making, with his laptop sitting directly under where the knocking had been and room oddly rearranged.We hung a big gold crucifix on the spot where the knocking had been. It’s been two years and he hasn’t heard another knock since.
Ghost knocking on front door?
Ok, I know I am going to sound nuts, but lately me and my family have experienced some violent pounding on our front doors. Are spirits known for knocking on front doors, almost violently sounding similar to a nail being driven into the door? It happened first at my uncles house. He heard violent pounding on the front door. He got up assuming it was my cousin locked out. He opened the door and saw nothing but fresh snow and no tracks. A week later my mom heard the same thing and assumed it was my cousin,nobody was there. Weeks later I am at my dads old house with my gf and at 6:15am I hear load pounding on the door sounded like knuckles clacking the door or someone driving a nail into the door. Assuming it was an early contractor to work on the kitchen I ran down and nothing. Now before you say teenagers pranking like we all used to do, at my dads house we have a security cam, both front and back doors..they showed nothing. Also these are two completely different residences miles apart. They all seem to take place at about 5am-6:30am, which not many teens are out at that time unless its a paper route and the paper boy pounds his fist into the door for each delivery with a massive route spanning the city and leaving no news papers. My father had recently passed away from cancer about a year ago and this sort of thing has never occurred before. I am not someone that believes in ghosts, or even religion for that matter, but statistically speaking 3 events , one with a camera that captured nothing is uncanny and in my opinion rules out any sort of psychosis given 3 people, one not blood related shared this experience. We are all very level headed, educated, and we dont believe in conspiracy theories or big foot and UFO's. Since I am not "spiritual" as they say, I figured I would ask, maybe someone out there has some info on why a ghost would knock on a front door instead of a bedroom door since ghosts are not bound to the laws of physics.
Why do ghosts knock on doors but walk through walls?
Spirits and knocking on doors are often linked to wanting to come inside, be welcomes in or allowed through. Often when it happens, if the door is opened or someone was to call out and say ‘Come In’ for instance, the spirit would then be allowed inside. As for the walking through walls, spirits from other generations are believed to still see their surroundings as they once were. If they died in a house for instance and it was then knocked down and rebuilt into a hotel, there would be walls in place where there never use to be. Hence the spirit would continue its old routes, meaning passing through solid objects.Feel free to refer to the image attached if I didn’t make much sense :)
Ghost Knocking?
I was at my homestead on my mom s side today and I went to go get socks to go to a rock climbing place while everyone was outside. While I was getting the socks, I started to hear knocking coming from the side of the bed in the other room. I thought it was my friend trying to scare me like he usually does but it kept knocking. The rhythm was kind of like da-da-da-da but sped up a bit and sounded like wood. I slowly crept over to it and right when I turned the corner the knocking immediately stopped and there was nothing there. I flew down the stairs and went outside where my family was and they don t believe me. Any possible causes for this or what I should do? Note: The homestead is around 400 years old.
3 knocks on my door but no one there?
This happened a little while ago in the fist of March. I was at my grandparents house when there where 3 loud knocks at the door, my grandpa then got up to see who would be knocking on the door so late at night (it was around 9:30ish) but no one was there, then as a few weeks past my grandma seemed to be getting weaker and more sick as the days past, she was put in the hospital for a few days then was in a nursing home and later passed away about a week later. I've read stories about similar things happening and I just want a reasonably explanation as to what it could be. I know that 3 knock thing is just a myth but could it really be true sometimes?
3 knocks on front door? Ghost?
First of all spirits from other dimensions can travel back and forth......no one needs to die in a home. Second, before blaming ghost for everything, have you seriously tried debunking.....could of been someone at the door, you go and see and they walk around back or leave. In your closet, could be pipes that bang the wall when the temperature changes, could be a cable or something hanging on the outside wall blowing in the wind bang or like knocking on the wall......I have experienced these all, and even real ghost and spirits.....but I still seek to do the debunking when I am not sure unless I see it with my eyes, and that is real proof there.
Do ghosts knock on windows and doors and knock into things or spill things?
