.....the original, Jewish Christian community in Jerusalem, headed by the original apostles? I'm talking about Acts 22. James and the church at Jerusalem had summoned Paul to give him a chance to prove himself, that he was really on the side of the Jewish Christians and not the "heathen" by publicly undertaking a religious vow, but when they mobbed him, he let a Roman garrison get him and then appealed to them on the basis of his citizenship to not only get out of being flogged but be taken into their protective custody. He was, quite literally, appealing to the same imperial authority that had crucified Jesus, even identified himself as one of them, in order to escape the clutches of the very people he was supposed to be showing his real loyalty to. That had to have done something to his relationship with James, Peter and the rest of the Jerusalem Christian leadership. Any thoughts? Was that the beginning of Pauline Christianity as a separate movement, independent from Jerusalem?

There would be a big difference in living in urban Ireland to rural Ireland as in rent or even a mortgage, also if you are living in rural Ireland and you were going to work in one of the larger cities, you have to factor in your travel costs, ordinary bus and train cost in Ireland are actually expensive.after saying all that the craic and fun you would have with the people would outweigh all of that.
