Is there any way to unlink your Paypal and eBay accounts or make a payment on a different Paypal account?
This can be tricky. I used to work for PP and probably the best way to get the payment made is to just use the send money tab. This depends on the seller however as most large volume sellers will find it difficult to track your payment if you just send them money with the item number in the notes field. Check with your seller to see if they are ok with accepting a payment like this BEFORE you send it. As far as using another account. You can try to use the profile tab to remove your eBay account from your profile. (Profile tab, then Auction link). Once you remove it from your account, you can add it to your mom's for payment. However, if your mom already has an eBay account linked to her paypal account, she'll also have to remove it first. Once this is all done, you'll need to switch back using the same steps as above. If you need further help, you can call PayPal at 402-935-2050. If you have a business/premier account there is an 800 number. Click "contact us" at the bottom of any page, then click "help by phone" for the phone number and hours.
Ebay won't let me link my paypal account?
I've tried over and over but it keep telling me that my account had to be in good standing. I am new to paypal and ebay and all of that and I honestly don't know what to do. Why can't I link my paypal and ebay accounts?
I have accounts for both sites, I am attempting to connect them but each time I click "Link to my paypal" on ebay it takes me to the create a paypal page. What is going on? Am I not hitting the right button?

You will have to have either a checking account, a REAL debit card attached to a checking account or just a checking account. If you only have a personal PayPal account you might want to consider upgrading to a seller account or you may be limited in how much you can receive in a year. There are many more things you should look into before you start. Including the fees involved. Both eBay and PayPal charge fees. Since you will be a new seller PayPal will also put a hold on your money that can last up to 21 days before they release it. You will need to be able to figure out the exact weight of your items, (a single ounce can make a difference in shipping costs), unless you are using Flat Rate boxes, (not a good idea if you are shipping light weight items). You will also need to figure out a clear and concise return policy, (there's no such thing as no refunds in the real world). You need to exactly describe your item with any flaws noted or face a lot of returns in your future. You need to take bright sharp photos with a real camera and not your cell phone. You can link you account with eBay to be opted into a single click checkout. The Checkout experience from there on is really smooth. You are not asked to key in your password. All the security issues are taken care of by Paypal.If you are a seller and want to link your Paypal account, you can do that through my account tab in my ebay, basically you will be altering some personal information.
In a eBay stealth account, can I use the same info to make a paypal account?
Yes. If the information doesn't match each other from your ebay/paypal account, they'll limit or suspend you until you fax them docs. So that's a must for all your account details to be identical from ebay/paypal acct. Keep in mind, you will have to start the whole process over again. When you create your new account, you'll be limited to only 10 listings, etc. After you build up your rep., and have about 3 months, then usually all limitations will be gone. As long as you don't have any information from your old suspended account on your phone, you will be fine.

Don't you hate when people are in your business??lol...You can have more than one ebay and can link on paypal to both...I have 2 accounts, one for buying and one for selling. I just don't want to sell with the account I buy from, so I understand. Now, if you screw up your selling account, they will close both accounts.

Here's a suggestion for you to create a bank account without having a bank account. There are plenty of companies that offer prepaid debit cards, including Wal Mart and GreenDot. These companies offer direct deposit to the card and you can use the direct deposit information as your banking information as well as register the debit card itself as a funding source. I did that with GreenDot, WalMart, and a check cashing company in Florida called Amscot. I've been using my Amscot debit card for about 2 years on Ebay without any problems.
